Summary:
The Construction Project Manager manages all aspects of Construction and Renovation projects from conception to finished product and project close-out, ensuring maximum benefit for Huntington colleagues and customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Architect/Engineer/Contractor selection and management, cost estimating, bidding, contract negotiation, budget tracking, project scheduling, vendor coordination, construction management, and communication with project team to deliver a fully integrated and operational project on time and on budget.
Construction Project Managers organize and lead internal project meetings; participate in Design & Construction department meetings as required; provide timely updates to impacted business segments and internal partners. They continuously prioritize various day-to-day job duties and make timely and accurate decisions to maintain project scope and schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage project schedules.
+ Develop and manage project budgets.
+ Secure and review bids for construction, products, and services, coordinating with HNB Sourcing and in compliance with HNB policies and procedures.
+ Manage external vendors including Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Suppliers
+ Negotiate, document, and execute contracts (AIA Documents) in a timely manner and in compliance with HNB policies and procedures.
+ Coordinate and monitor the work of internal partners and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and maximum benefit for HNB.
+ Review and process project invoices, tracking actual costs against budgets and updating benchmarks.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Provide timely internal reporting as required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Additional job duties to be assigned as the company deems necessary.

This position is considered remote as you will be traveling to business sites in Colorado and potentially throughout the Huntington footprint . Position is located in the Huntington Bank footprint.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 3 or more years of related experience in Design, Construction, Project Management or a related field

+ Proven track record delivering integrated projects - both ground-up development and interior build-outs

Compensation Range:
57,000.00- 113,000.00 Annual
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. Overview
The Project Manager I, Project Delivery (PM) will oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds our company's commitments.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include:
•Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.
•Assists the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.
•Understands the Project Budget and coordinates the management of the Contract delivery type - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
•Knows and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements.
•Oversee the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs.
•Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones.
•Participate in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations.
•Actively participate with the Project Superintendent in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety of our employees, client personal and public.
•Actively participates in the establishment of the Baseline Schedule for the project with a focus on all Energy Savings requirements and milestones.
•Prepare monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information from the Job Management and Accounting Platforms.
•Lead or participate in the establishment of the Project Schedule of Values to be utilized in the monthly payment application with the Client.
•Lead the implementation of the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan.
•Lead the Change Management process on the project from RFI Affect Letters, Drawing Revisions, and Client Directives from issuance to resolution.
•Lead and document with Agendas and Meeting Minutes all regular project meetings with our company's team, Vendors and Subcontractors, and Client.
•Manages and updates the project schedule with accurate information. Communicates and manages issues with proactive mitigation plans, notifications and predictable outcomes.
•Identify and manage Risk Log items with project leadership.
•Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client, ensuring a predictable outcome in alignment with the Client and our energy goals.
•Participates in industry organizations and looks for opportunities to be involved with the community to promote the company and its goals.
•Manages and develops all Assistant Project Managers.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
•4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
•Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
•Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
