Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in civil engineering & land surveying for mostly residential projects in San Diego County, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and be familiar with regulatory requirements. Deliver high quality work in a remote environment.

Design and CAD drafting of grading plans, plot plans, street & utility improvement plans, drainage reports, boundary adjustments and certificate of compliance under the direction of Mr. Wunderlin.

Review title reports, prepare legal descriptions and plat maps for property boundaries and easements.

Working with our field surveyor, calculate and prepare boundary and topography survey maps from the field surveying data collected from our land surveyor. Prepare construction staking data sheets and plat maps for construction staking.

Proficient with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D)
