Typical Skills and Experiences:

Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information, business, mathematics or related field preferred. Graduate studies are preferred.

Experience: Ten plus years of dynamic experience in planning, designing and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives. Extensive experience in functional, process, information and data modeling, data management and warehousing, and applications integration. In-depth experience with process redesign methods and tools. Five years of experience in project management is preferred.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Proven knowledge of standards, methodologies and frameworks, business process management and information technology. Deep knowledge of emerging industries and market trends. Understanding of new technologies and developments in the technology industry. Extensive knowledge of project management concepts and techniques are required. Comprehensive knowledge of facilitation, performance management, organizational design and managing organization change. Ability to manage large sophisticated projects that involve high risk and great impact for the company. Proven ability to influence senior management. Strong communication skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.

Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

Purpose of the Role:

A Consultant / Senior Consultant manages the delivery of client project(s), ensuring delivery of the projects are in line with client objectives and expectations as well as the project timelines.   • Manages small team in executing client project(s), addresses performance concerns effectively and early on

The Desktop Support Technician serves as the first point of contact for IT related support,

providing tier 1 client support for all technical issues relating to installing, diagnosing, repairing,

and authorization, also working all requests, incidents, and problems through to resolution. A

computing experience for all Milwaukee County employees, contractors, and vendors. The

Desktop Support Technician will be hands on with building and imaging PCs and laptops, printer

setup and maintenance, peripheral hardware support and maintenance and user account

maintenance. This role is committed to addressing recurring issues through consistent ITIL

practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide daily support for PC hardware and software, including Windows 10, Office 365 and other

enterprise applications.

• Participate in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer operating systems and images.

• Install and troubleshoot peripherals for users.

• Aid in troubleshooting smartphones and other related ad hoc devices.

• Asks appropriate probing questions to gather relevant information to aid in resolution of request.

• Documents, tracks and monitors client incidents and requests in ticketing system to ensure timely

and accurate resolution.

• Sets client expectations when opening and assigning tickets and ensures all request/services are

executed on time in accordance with service level agreements with the business.

As a Consultant, you will lead a lane of work or be a Project Leader for a small project. Consultants regularly own tasks and create deliverables, delegating to others as appropriate. They manage project financials and demonstrate effective client relationship management. Compensation

The projected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $00,000 annually. Actual compensation and starting salaries are determined based on various factors, including the education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and clearance level of the candidate, and internal equity. Once at The Clearing, movement through pay bands is based on performance. Base-annual salary is just one component of The Clearing's total compensation philosophy and approach.
