Adobe Managed Services provides digital marketing solutions for strategic customers who provide a digital marketing presence to their end users via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Our Customer Success Engineers (CSE's) are customer-facing engineers who partner with their assigned customers to drive value realization, return on investment and help the customer deliver on marketing goals. CSE's work directly with their customers to understand business and technical requirements, build long term relationships, and develop and operate AEM cloud solutions that delight customers and meet SLAs.

This position includes the following aspects:

Strategic client relationship management. CSEs are assigned as a designated technical operation advisor for 5 to 7 customers who are using Adobe Experience Manager and other digital marketing products.

The CSE role is equally: Client-facing (developing long term client relationships), keyboard-facing (technical operations) and colleague-facing (developing your own domain expertise, and drawing on that of your peers in a collaborative environment)

CSEs are trusted advisors who champion projects and initiatives and act as facilitators between clients, third party providers, project managers, internal engineering and automation engineers. There will be frequent interaction with clients including Directors, of Fortune 500 companies.

What CSEs do:

Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, calling out relevant issues where needed. We maintain client contact and provide status updates for all outstanding issues while continuing to handle client expectations, keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic.

Help our clients achieve their business objectives by providing expertise or finding resources to answer clients' questions, identifying needs for account customization and overseeing changes to technical implementations.

Work closely with account teams and collaborate with other internal team members (consulting/project management/engineering services/customer support) to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client happiness.

Support customer production websites. Solve technical issues, quickly identify root cause issues and recommend and/or implement steps to resolution is a key component.

Lead all aspects of customer support to ensure timely closure of quality and security issues and provide project management for professional services requests.

Partner with customers to drive their strategic roadmap through Adobe technology solutions while driving Adobe Managed Services' technical roadmap with customers.

Collaborate with the teams that provision, customize, monitor, handle and upgrade our cloud hosted Enterprise offerings.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $197,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Your primary role is to support the development and deployment of technology management programs aimed at providing technical support across Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing portfolio. You will ideate, introduce, deploy and sustain novel and innovative technological solutions within various domains including reliability, maintenance, sustainability, energy and process.

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Technologies across the downstream portfolio including petrochemical facilities, refineries, terminals and bulk plants as well as gas plants.
• Develop comprehensive value adding technology roadmaps aligned to business challenges such as energy optimization, sustainability, plant availability, debottlenecking and process optimization.
• Accelerate technology deployment working closely with internal and external execution agencies and vendors.

The Technology Consultant develops the design and leads the consulting efforts for technology systems on assigned projects. These technology systems include structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, nurse call, audiovisual, and other low voltage communications systems. This position is responsible for managing assigned projects through scoping, pricing, staffing, and ensuring that projects are produced on time, within budget, and of the highest technical quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs project management duties for the team on assigned projects through the establishment and management of the project plan, which is made up of team man-hour budgets, the project schedule, and QA/QC
• Develops design approaches and concepts on assigned projects and seeks assistance from senior technical staff as needed
• Conducts planning and vision casting meetings to determine the scope of the project, current and future needs, process and work flow, and client expectations

GME is the recognized Center of Excellence driving value across Saudi Aramcos Downstream Global manufacturing portfolio. D&TD are responsible for leading the technology function collaborating across various downstream functions and at a corporate level.

Your primary role is to support the development and deployment of technology management programs aimed at providing technical support across Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing portfolio. You will ideate, introduce, deploy and sustain novel and innovative technological solutions within various domains including reliability, maintenance, sustainability, energy and process.

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Technologies across the downstream portfolio including petrochemical facilities, refineries, terminals and bulk plants as well as gas plants.
• Develop comprehensive value adding technology roadmaps aligned to business challenges such as energy optimization, sustainability, plant availability, debottlenecking and process optimization.
• Accelerate technology deployment working closely with internal and external execution agencies and vendors.
• Conduct feasibility studies including technical and economic evaluation of solutions, platforms, and new technologies.
• Perform technologies scouting to enable the identification of innovative and value adding technologies.
• Develop business case and cost/benefit analysis for technologies deployment.
• Work with other consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions that address both technical and business requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress and benefits of technology initiatives to peers, relevant stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with technology providers in developing and conducting tailored training content and programs to support the implementation and adoption of technologies by end-users.
• Recognize and introduce necessary changes to standards and governance.
• Stay abreast of global and regional Oil and Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact technology implementations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and standards, and evaluating solution implementations. Identify introduce necessary changes to standards and governance.
• Provide technical leadership and consultant level support to technology design, development and execution or operational teams.

As a successful candidate you will hold a:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering). A Masters degree is preferred.
• 15 years of experience as a Technology Consultant ideating, scouting, introducing and tracking value added technology deployment.
• Good understanding of downstream technologies, including but not limited to refinery processes.
• Experience in developing business case and benefit/cost analysis for downstream technology.
• Experience in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, across the project lifecycle fostering effective communication and cooperation.
• Able to demonstrate excellent understanding of management of change, engineering and design package as well as regulatory, risk mitigation and safety requirements.
• Experience in change management, including developing and implementing technology changes.
• You will be able to demonstrate understanding of relevant industry energy, safety and design regulations and standards ensuring compliance of proposed technology solutions.
• Able to demonstrate excellent understanding of manufacturing technology solutions enabling the key process areas including production, reliability, environmental, safety and sustainability
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology implementation projects in the O&G business
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
