Key Responsibilities
- Lead medical safety oversight for assigned trials in collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI)
- Conduct medical evaluations, safety assessments, and adverse event (AE/SAE) reviews
- Monitor vital signs, lab results, ECGs, and other safety data
- Manage medical concerns and escalate to the PI as needed
- Perform or supervise study-specific procedures such as physical exams, neurological assessments, infusions, sub-Q injections, and psychiatric/neurological interviews
- Review and confirm participant eligibility against medical/safety criteria
- Oversee use of concomitant medications per protocol guidelines
