**Strategy Consulting Director (Strategy Consulting Dir)**

The **Strategy Consulting Director** is responsible for leading larger scale or enterprise-wide level engagement teams and complex projects that cross multiple business units while problem-solving difficult challenges with known and unknown solutions.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Work independently to partner with business leaders and teams to scope, define and coordinate initiatives in support of business innovation and strategy.
+ Serves as an internal consultant to department leaders on the development and refinement of strategic plans.
+ Plays a key role in driving major corporate strategy and innovation initiatives as well as short and long range planning processed enterprise wide.
+ Develops and communicates corporate level strategies and innovation opportunities to executives that may include new business opportunities and competitive positioning.
+ Leads market analyses initiatives targeted to drive growth.
+ Develops and refines performance measures and internal/external benchmarks to develop an information framework that supports desired business outcomes.
+ Develops complex financial and investment models and participates in preparing ROI analysis for ASC Team members and senior management while demonstrating thought leadership, innovative tendencies, and an ability to execute on strategy.
+ Relationship building and communication acumen including positive executive level interaction experiences and an ability to engage in difficult conversations are key performance indicators for the Strategic Consultant Sr, who also provides engagement/project oversight, establishes and reports on key metrics and measurements, and shares general status updates.
+ Facilitates large cross-functional working sessions or meetings to align strategy and plan while also providing Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members.
+ Ability to travel may be required.
**Minimum Requirements:**
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and/or process improvement leadership; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:**
+ Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
+ Management consulting or corporate strategy experience strongly preferred.
+ Healthcare services experience strongly preferred.
+ Excellent computer skills, demonstrating fluency with all key packages, with written, oral and presentation skills necessary to successfully influence senior executives strongly preferred.
+ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with demonstrated project management skills strongly preferred.
+ Master's Degree preferred.

We are now seeking experienced professionals across North America, especially those with hands-on experience with complex permitting and licensing, to join our firm as a client-facing Capital Project Development Consulting Director .

We are looking for established leaders who combine strong consulting and business development skills with a solid technical foundation and a track record of leading high performing teams to sell and deliver world-class services and outcomes. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to foster, expand and leverage a network of excellent client relationships with a focused set of large Power and Diversified Energy industry organizations, and drive the continued growth of ERM’s business through recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders.

ROLE PROFILE

Your primary focus will be on client account development, sales growth, and delivery of the full spectrum of ERM’s consulting services to deliver strategic value to our clients in the Power and Diversified Energy industries. In particular, you will play a key role in growing ERM’s Capital Project Development services business by:

  • Developing new client relationships and expanding existing relationships with target clients by delivering strategic consulting advice, excellent value, and quality service.
  • Working with ERM’s client Account Directors to implement client and market segment specific consulting programs for the region.
  • Actively developing commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in significant growth with ERM’s target Power and Diversified Energy clients.
  • Contribute to delivery of projects, including strategic and tactical management of delivery teams, providing technical oversight and review of deliverables, and client and stakeholder facing project meetings.
  • Building, growing and managing a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to consultants.
  • Meeting business health & safety performance standards, financial targets, overall project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal risk management and contractual requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, environmental management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, environmental impact assessment, or equivalent industry experience within relevant business sectors.
  • Experience in the delivery of multifaceted permitting programs across a spectrum of sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and permitting requirements and compliance management as they relate to power generation (including renewable energy), transmission and distribution of electricity, oil and gas, and mining projects.
  • Excellent writing, communication, organization, time, and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and inspire teams in a demanding work environment.
  • Extensive experience working and leading as part of an integrated team providing technical deliverables for input into regulatory applications.
  • Extensive experience providing strategic guidance to support clients navigating the regulatory process.
  • Extensive experience providing direction to client consulting teams regarding application content requirements to contribute to successful regulatory reviews.
  • Extensive experience with community and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong commitment to safety, including following established health and safety protocols.

For the Consulting Director, Power position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $152,572 – $173,400 (USD).  An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).

In Oracle enterprise performance management at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Working in this area, you will also provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful performance management initiatives. As a Director you are to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining significant executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders.
