Job Description

Responsible for supporting Seattle Children's executive team to develop and execute system-wide strategies and tactics. Provides strategic vision and thought leadership to service lines and complex system-wide functions. Directs and develops system-wide processes that determine the allocation of strategic, financial, capital and human resources across the organization. Identifies, evaluates, develops, and implements multi-year strategies and tactics to fulfill the key business objectives and strategic goals of the system. Long-term (5 to 15 year) focus on strategic planning and positioning and associated financial positioning and sustainability. Applies substantial depth of skill and experience in developing business plans, pro-forma, feasibility assessments, implementation plans, and performance measures. As the global leader of Management Consulting Partnerships you will drive Stripe’s engagement with management consultants, payment advisors and other firms who operate at the board and C-suite level. Often an enterprises’ financial infrastructure is the cornerstone of these transformations and legacy players are being challenged on their innovation ability in a crowded and rapidly evolving space. Therefore, Stripe needs to continuously engage, educate and support a broad base of influencers to ensure they clearly understand the value and capabilities that Stripe brings to these initiatives, early in the process. The leader of this function will work to engage firms directly and via scaled mechanisms partnering with product, marketing and GTM teams. The covered firms will include McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Glenbrook, CMSPI, EDG and similar, while also building a community approach with value-added payment consultants around the world. Success metrics will include engagement and engagement metrics with managed firms and development of a purpose-built program leading to Stripe being a preferred/short listed provider of next-generation commerce transformations and platform use cases being recommended by these firms.

Responsibilities
  1. Define and build a scalable program to engage these firms individually and broadly.
  2. Engage a prioritized set of firms at their most Sr. levels to create thought leadership exchange and deep awareness of Stripe.
