As a Consumer Insights Analyst , you will develop Schreiber’s Consumer Insights discipline in order to understand and communicate the holistic voice of the consumer to enable strategic solutions and drive profitable growth. What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field

  •  Familiarity with, or experience utilizing, AI tools for data analysis and insight generation
  • Capable at converting data into compelling information to guide marketing and sales efforts
  • Requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills

The Market Research Analyst leverages TruStone’s Marketing Automation/Analytics Platforms for a variety of strategic and tactical uses, including but not limited to target marketing, campaign analysis, member segmentation and member engagement. REQUIRED SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field required and Master's Degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on analytics.

COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $83,000- $19,000/ year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible , with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance. (Internal Job Grade: P3)

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years’ experience with UI and UX projects
  • Adept with UX/UI software including Figma, Adobe, Miro, SalesForce and intermediary experience with web development tools like Chrome, Visual Studio, Linux
  • Familiarity with technical languages and libraries including, but not limited to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & jQuery, Python


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Preferred communications, visual design or coding background
  • Previous Healthcare Industry experience.

  • On a rotating basis, provide support to: (1) the production of documents prepared for regular briefings of the Bank president, senior management, and the Bank`s Board of Directors; (2) the production of material included in the Blackbook and other briefing documents produced as part of the FOMC cycle; (3) the production of other reports to carry out the Bank` and Research Group s goals; and (4) the performance of other tasks to accomplish the Bank s and Research Group s goals.

The Unique Skill Sets We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

  • Experience in data analysis and using statistical packages (e.g., R, Stata, Matlab, Julia, SAS, Gauss, TSP, RATS, EViews, PROCSQL), or other computer programming experience (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

  • Work cooperatively in a team environment
