A fast-growing consumer services company is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their expanding team in Westfield, NJ. This newly created role comes with strong potential for growth and upward mobility within the organization. In this position, youll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations to support continued business expansion.

Job Function

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Enter, update, and manage financial transactions in NetSuite.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly closings and support year-end reporting.
  • Track income and expenses across multiple revenue streams.
  • Reconcile daily sales and cash deposits from point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Record and reconcile credit card transactions in the general ledger.
  • Process employee reimbursements and assist with payroll coordination.

Job Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or as a staff accountant.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a strong plus.

This Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the expansion of current services in close partnership with the business and broad cross-functional teams, in addition to leading cost optimization efforts across the programs. The candidate will evaluate Balance Sheet impacts, assess the full P&L, and perform unit economic analysis for the services. The candidate should have proven experience in financial modeling, complex analysis, and partnering with business teams to deliver results. Experience with trading structures, revenue recognition, cost reduction programs, and supply chain are strongly recommended. The candidate's critical thinking ability, judgement and experience will be important in the role. They will provide financial advisory and consulting recommendations on key processes & outcomes. Prior experience in a subscription and service business is highly desired for this position.

The Position and Job Summary

General oversight of the School Age Department in the San Fernando Valley. Provides back-up support to and acts in the absence of the Consumer Services Director. Responsible for ensuring regulatory and contractual obligations are met for School Age consumer services. Ensures the development and maintenance of community relations and fosters partnerships, inclusive of active participation on workgroups, committees, and taskforces.

Employment Standards

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with individuals who have developmental/intellectual disabilities, preferably within the regional center system.
  • Proven record of excellent organizational, communication and time management abilities.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience at a supervisor level position and managing multiple position types.
  • Intermediate computer skills, database experience preferred.
  • A valid CDL and transportation, or acceptable substitute required for this position.

• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and their families

• Documentation, completing forms and reports in accordance with regulations and NLACRC policies and procedures.
