Job Description

The Content Analyst plays an important role collaborating with the Sr. Content Analyst on establishing and implementing a vision for enterprise content management and partnering with other operating areas and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date content for proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Management within Upland Qvidian

  • Adjust upcoming workflows to allow SMEs to receive a consistent number of records to review
  • Review content to ensure library is consistent with other communications and new or revised product/service information
  • Proofread content before the Content Manager does a final review and approves
  • Review content usage metrics and recommend actions: (Archive unused (or seldom used) content; Update content for relevancy and accuracy; Combine or enhance content being used
Write new content and define fulfillment process
  • Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to develop content
  • Partner closely with Allied's Legal/Compliance and Marketing Content Development team(s) to ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and corporate brand guidelines
  • Create system architecture within Upland Qvidian that allows for the efficient and effective creation of finalized documents and load content
  • Determine content review timelines and assign content owners
  • Draft procedural documents that define the steps required to fulfill requests (proposals, presentations, agreements) and work with other Sales and Account Management Support team members to test and refine procedural steps to ensure accuracy
  • Receive requests, and prioritize updates for content
  • Update Smartsheet and other fillable forms as required (PDF, Smartsheet Forms, etc.)
  • Complete requests with consistent formatting ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines
Associate onboarding/training
  • Assist with associate onboarding/training and other project-based tasks - taking initiative to create needed exhibits, synthesize information from various SMEs, identify and act on opportunities for process improvements and train on presentations and proposals as appropriate.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Field of Study: Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 2 - 3 years related experience
  • APMP certification
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data from content metrics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, data analytics tools and content management systems
  • Understanding of sales support, Sales Enablement Operations (SEO) systems and strategies

SKILLS:
Associate Automotive Content Analysts must have strong analytical research skills. Associate Automotive Content Analysts must have advanced knowledge of vehicle technical information. This should include, but is not limited to, OEM parts catalogs, labor catalogs, owners manuals, technical bulletins, recalls, part price masters and Motor data. The Analyst use all the data gathered to create a Pricing Guide for dealers. Associate Automotive Content Analysts should be able to interpret the vehicle information provided to them and accurately recreate this information in a logical, organized manor for our clients. Associate Automotive Content Analysts must have strong decision-making capabilities. Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows is necessary. Above average project management skills, adaptability, and the ability to plan and organize efficiently are vital skills for this position. An Associate Automotive Content Analyst should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and should have excellent telephone skills. ASE Parts Certification helpful.

Content Reviewer will provide feedback to the client's relevant parties, therefore high quality deliverables are expected.

Responsibilities:

● Ensure a logical and meaningful review of Ad (visual/text/audio) and URL content ● Deliver high quality content review consistently and accurately

● Provide feedback of reviewed data

Skills/Qualifications

● Excellent analytical skills such as attention to detail

● Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)

● Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize task effectively ● Ability to produce high quality work

● Flexible and highly motivated

● Team player

● Time management skills: must be able to perform tasks quickly and accurately ● Excellent organizational skills
