**Director, Content Creators and Influencers, HBO Max**
Content creators and influencers are among the most powerful and efficient marketing drivers today, especially when it comes to generating awareness and demand. They are storytellers, tastemakers, and often, full-fledged media brands in their own right .
We're seeking a **Director of Content Creators and Influencers** to elevate and scale our approach to working with creators. This role will lead the development of a best-in-class influencer and creator strategy-one that drives meaningful awareness and demand for HBO Max, our films, and our original series.
While we already engage with top creators worldwide, we see a significant opportunity to take this work to the next level. This role will shape a unique, differentiated creator program that sets the gold standard in entertainment-and makes HBO Max the most coveted brand for creators to partner with.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
+ Build and maintain strategic relationships with content creators and influencers across all tiers, ensuring authentic brand alignment and long-term partnerships.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (social, PR, brand, content, talent, legal) to streamline influencer engagement and align on campaign objectives .
+ Negotiate **,** structure partnerships **,** manage campaign execution and performance tracking.
+ Drive innovation by scouting new opportunities in the creator ecosystem, including emerging platforms, creative tech, and beta partnerships with creators and tool providers.
+ Conceptualize and pitch creative campaigns that respect the creator's voice while aligning with brand strategy, focusing on co-creation and authentic storytelling over traditional sponsored content.
+ Stay culturally in tune with Gen Z and Millennial audiences, maintaining a deep understanding of creator culture and trends to ensure content relevance and resonance.
+ Establish operational systems for managing influencer campaigns efficiently, from onboarding to measurement, ensuring smooth execution and ROI analysis.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ 8-10 years of experience in the creator and influencer marketing industry, with a proven track record of success.
+ Minimum of 5 years of managing a team.
+ Established network of relationships with top-tier and emerging content creators, influencers, and industry partners.
+ Deep understanding of creator ecosystem trends , audience behavior, and the evolving digital content landscape.
+ Demonstrated experience in building and scaling influencer programs for major cultural brands, ideally within entertainment or streaming.
+ Strong leadership background with experience managing and mentoring teams of influencer marketing professionals.
+ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and report to executive leadership, including direct reporting to a VP-level stakeholder .
+ Strategic thinker with hands-on experience designing innovative, measurable influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals.

Job Duties
- Candidates will be responsible for capturing creative content of St. Scholastica teams and student-athletes.
- Workers may also be assigned to help with web cast coverage of athletic events.
- Additional hours will be available to plan, edit videos, set up and take down equipment.
- Candidates must be willing to do paid training and be committed to assignments.
- This position is responsible for creating timely and engaging St. Scholastica Athletics content on various social media channels-with an emphasis on Instagram and Twitter.
- Candidates will be asked to work select athletic events, including some evening/weekend hours.

- Candidates must be detail-oriented and have an understanding of the sport(s) to which they are assigned.

Required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in creative roles within a marketing department, or advertising/branding agencies, with a focus on digital content
- Strong knowledge and understanding of internet culture
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and/or After Effects
- Demonstrated flexibility in style and execution across a range of production styles and levels.

$111,800.00 - $175,670.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position . T he actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors , including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
- Ideate, produce, and execute organic social media content by visiting centers and combining phone-based tools with creative software.
- Collaborate with social media manager and web manager to design and execute multimedia(photo/video/graphics) content for their channels.
- Enhance BioLife’s reputation across owned channels, to spotlight the company and drive donor engagement through developing compelling content—reels, videos, graphics, etc.
- Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows, optimize content creation, and enhance storytelling.
- Communicate with clients and business partners about creative assets through the entire life cycle from production through archiving to ensure timely delivery
- Act as the digital asset manager, which includes ingesting, curating, and archiving custom content(video/photo) for the business from external vendors
- Aggregate feedback and facilitate administrative and regulatory approvals efficiently
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Find creative solutions to level-up user-generated assets
- Design and execute templates
- Capture content (video/photo) in centers to create a repository of assets that can be assembled for various uses on owned channels (website/organic social/email/mms)

Interaction
- This role will report to the BioLife Creative Lead
- Primary interaction will be with BioLife Marketing and other BioLife team members within headquarters and plasma centers
