  • Attend campus events (day or night) and generate digital content, including photos, videos, and social media posts

About your new role:

We're looking for a hands-on, trend-savvy Creative Content & AI Media Manager who specializes in making video content that grabs attention — both live-action and AI-generated. You'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day content output, creating polished, social-ready video for every major platform while blending cutting-edge tools like Veo, Runway, Flow, and Pika into your workflow.

From tradeshows and live shoots to virtual studios and AI avatars, you'll help us tell our story in fresh, fast, and visually dynamic ways. You won't just keep up with content trends — you'll help create them.

Key Responsibilities:

Live + AI Video Creation

  • Concept, shoot, and edit live-action video (interviews, talking head, b-roll, on-site content).
  • Build AI-enhanced and AI-native videos using tools like Runway, Pika, Veo (by OpenAI), Synthesia, Flow, HeyGen, Midjourney, and others.
  • Remix or blend AI visuals with real-world footage to create a dynamic, hybrid video style.
  • Deliver short-form, high-impact assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

Event-Based Content Capture

  • Travel to conferences, tradeshows, customer sites, and internal events.
  • Film, edit, and post live content in real time — booth walkthroughs, crowd interviews, BTS stories.
  • Capture raw media for reuse in broader campaigns and AI-driven repurposing.

Social Execution + Channel Growth

  • Post across all relevant platforms with consistency and intent — TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Use real-time engagement data to adapt content direction and output.
  • Monitor trends and react quickly with creative formats, soundtracks, and styles that fit the moment.

Collaboration & Brainstorming

  • Join creative and marketing team sessions to pitch new formats and ideas.
  • Align video content with broader company narratives, launches, and moments.
  • Contribute to community engagement — replying with memes, clips, GIFs, and snappy responses.

Qualifications:

Skills & Tools

  • Proven experience creating short-form video content from end to end.
  • Strong editing ability using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
  • Proficient with AI video tools like Runway, Veo, Flow, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT.
  • Solid command of visual design using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Confident copywriting and scripting for social, voiceovers, and video hooks.

Experience & Style

  • 2–5+ years in a content creation, video, or social-first role (agency, startup, media, or creator background).
  • Deep familiarity with internet culture, content trends, meme formats, and video pacing.
  • Comfortable on-camera OR with directing/producing people who are.
  • Independent, scrappy, and creative under pressure — you ship fast and iterate often.

The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
