Our client is looking for an innovative and data-driven Director of Digital Marketing Strategy to lead their marketing efforts from Des Moines, Iowa . This fully remote position offers the opportunity to shape and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall digital marketing roadmap, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. This role involves managing a team of marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Key responsibilities include defining target audiences, crafting compelling messaging, overseeing the creation of engaging content, managing paid media budgets, and staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. You will work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. A strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are crucial. Proven experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns is a must. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus. Extensive experience (8+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, is necessary. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about digital innovation and driving measurable results in a remote-first setting, working from anywhere within the US.
