Job Description:
RE/MAX is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and develop content that promotes executive thought leadership and manages social media for top executives. The ideal candidate needs to be well versed on social media, video creation, building audiences and is an out-of-the-box thinker and team player. Their work ensures that the value proposition of various brand verticals integrates seamlessly with each executives persona.
This role coordinates with marketing, communications, social media and video production teams to help shape industry conversations, build executive personal brands, connect with audiences, as well as driving business impact, credibility and influence.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
- Develop executive-specific content calendars and strategies that promote thought leadership industry trends, innovations, challenges and speaking opportunities.
- Post original content (lots of video) sharing relevant news and ideas, interacting with various audiences across all social platforms, managing communities and a proven ability to build strong digital presence for executives.
- Partner with communications and PR teams to position each executive as a key industry voice.
- Video creation and editing, including in app and native platforms for social and digital channels.
- Create content that is accurate, grammatically correct and consistent with brand standards and guidelines, tone and aesthetic.

Preferred Education Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, instructional design, or equivalent.

Compensation:
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The Role
Frank & Eileen is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support both upper-funnel and lower-funnel paid content efforts with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. This role will assist with our paid media efforts, both international and domestic, including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and display ads. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience within paid media and a clear understanding of the paid media atmosphere. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting and deploying all content to external partners for use in paid digital marketing.
- Management of Airtable cards/G-drive folders, communication with external partners, and coordination with internal creative team.
- Track the content that performs best and ensure that the internal team has a firm understanding of best practices and what success looks like.
- Support the paid content workstreams by supporting the briefing process, sending products to content creators & tracking their orders.
- Ensure proper sign off on usage and clearly communicate usage timelines, as well as confirm follow through.
- Brief new content requirements to internal teams upon request; coordinate image refreshes as required such as new Performance Max assets and display ads.
- Drive campaigns by owning briefs & communications with content creators and external agencies.
- Participate in F&E photo + video content shoots to capture specific content to be used in paid channels.
- Regularly communicate with internal F&E teams on what paid campaigns are live.
- Own internal system with Customer Service team to research feedback from paid social campaigns.
- Some travel may be required.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
- 1-2 years of paid media experience within one or more of the following platforms: Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, Youtube (bonus points for Youtube!) Brand experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and Shopify.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Looker (or similar), Airtable, and/or similar platforms.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies with ability to communicate effectively and optimize processes.
- Hands on experience with budget and invoice tracking.
- Experience on photo/video shoots as well as creating social content, a plus.
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment with both internal and external teams.
- Creative mindsight with ability to bring new content ideas with backed reasoning.
- Adaptable to work in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment.
Compensation
Salary Range of $68,000-$78,000
