  • Create and update product documentation in partnership with product marketing and support new product launches with product related content.
  • Protect brand image and brand voice consistency across all content formats in line with brand guidelines.
  • Curate content for business segment web pages to achieve brand share of voice, collaborating with product marketing and digital marketing team.
  • Monitor, report and analyze web and SEO traffic to optimize content performance and digital customer experience.
  • Work with Marketing Campaign Specialist to evaluate engagement in campaign content and propose enhancements to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendar and drive content production schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure sales and marketing teams have access to relevant content via internal channels.
  • Work closely with the channel team to ensure partner marketing content is available to Partners for external communications.
  • Work with IT to ensure content is up to date and available within Digital Asset Management platform.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to understand content needs, translations, and local requirements.
  • Collaborate with corporate communications team to ensure Data Center business segment content is incorporated into CommScope corporate communications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in content creation, production and management with ability to proofread, edit, and direct design features.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in a variety of digital marketing content types.
  • Proven ability to improve content performance by identifying user data, engagement and consumption rates.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM and how to maximize keyword strategies.
  • Ability to work with technical language.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $76,000.00-$97,000.00.
