The Multilingual Learner Content Specialist will be a part of a small team responsible for growing National Geographic Learning's market share in the growing US K12 market. **What you'll do here:**
+ Collaborate with the Content Specialist team to develop and implement strategies for increasing National Geographic Learning ELT market share in K12 schools around the country.
+ Ensure customer success with our material by creating and delivering training materials and partnering closely with the Secondary Customer Success team so they are effective and up to date on our products and platforms.
+ Participate in and / or lead customer meetings alongside the assigned Secondary educational sales consultant to identify needs, help close new business and retain existing business.
