Job Summary

Position Title: Content Strategist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a bold, data-savvy Content Strategist to join our SunWarrior team. This brand focused role will support our Marketing team and lead high-impact creative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The Content Strategist will engage millions of health-conscious consumers excited about their brand and create compelling content across channels, fueled by a passion for health, wellness and performance.
The ideal candidate is a talented creative with experience in consumer brands and digital content, has a high attention to detail, is passionate about process, and understands best practices across all content disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with CMO, web and social media teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support sales growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
• Assist with SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
• Create and assist with managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, META), optimizing for ROI and lead quality.
• Oversee and analyze campaign performance metrics using tolls like Google Analytics, and TripleWhale.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and R&D teams to develop content that educates customers and supports the sales process.
• Partner with the social media team to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Stay current with competition, social and digital trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the health and wellness sector.
• Manage external partners, agencies, or creative freelancers as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, campaign development or digital marketing, specifically Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube platforms.
• Proven track record of creating campaigns that convert-with metrics to back it up.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to drive content performance and ROI.
• Deep understanding of content across social, email web, and influencer channels.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual cohesion and brand tone with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused environment.
• Be comfortable featuring yourself in photo and videography content.
• Passion for humor and creative briefs with hooks, tempo and imagery.
• Located in or willing to relocate to St. George, Utah.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 + years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an agency.
• An available online portfolio.
