+ **Communication:** Develop employee newsletters, manage recognition programs, and respond to inquiries.
+ **Workforce Management:** Manage temporary and full-time staff, overseeing turnover, coaching, and employment status decisions.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor Degree on Business Administration (Preferable Management, Human Resources)
+ Availability to work on night shift and others shift as necessary.
+ Proven experience in talent management or HR-related roles.
+ Strong understanding of labor laws and community/industry awareness.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
