+ **Safety and Compliance:** Conduct safety site surveys, accident investigations, and manage Return to Work programs.
+ **Administrative Support:** Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely admin support, manage data, and sort reports.
+ **Communication:** Develop employee newsletters, manage recognition programs, and respond to inquiries.
+ **Workforce Management:** Manage temporary and full-time staff, overseeing turnover, coaching, and employment status decisions.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor Degree on Business Administration (Preferable Management, Human Resources)
+ Availability to work on night shift and others shift as necessary.
+ Proven experience in talent management or HR-related roles.
+ Strong understanding of labor laws and community/industry awareness.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition. The apprentice will assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring that the organization meets its staffing needs. Minimum Qualifications:
