RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelor’s Degree required (Degree in HR or relevant field preferred) and a minimum of 3 years working in a HR environment. HR Generalist experience required.

- Strong, proven customer focus and service

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $60,000 USD - $85,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a seasoned HR Business Partner and department leaders to address workforce needs, implement talent strategies, and manage organizational changes.
Assist in recruiting, facilitate internal transfers, manage job postings, and oversee interview processes.
Keep job descriptions, role leveling, and compensation aligned and current.
Provide guidance on HR policies, navigate employee relations concerns, and handle terminations with care.
Support essential HR processes, including annual compensation reviews and cross-departmental HR coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
HR certification is a preferred asset.
