Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to management.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs.
- Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Stay current with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong background as a Generalist.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
