**Job Description Summary:**
Responsible for reviewing, drafting and managing commercial contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The role supports legal department attorneys that provide legal guidance on contractual issues and mitigate legal risk.
**Job Description:**
**Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)**
+ Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Market Access, Business Development, Facilities/Real Estate, Finance, Information Technology, Compliance and other applicable business units as needed to lead and manage the administration of our contracting process, including drafting, participating in contract negotiations, revising, finalizing customer and procurement contracts, and analyzing potential risks involved with specific contract terms and to help ensure contracts are compliant with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
+ Tracks and monitors contracts throughout their lifecycle from inception to execution and post-implementation; utilize and manage electronic Contract Management System technology; maintains knowledge of status and information within contracts; facilitates the routing, approval, and execution of third-party contracts, and compiles all executive summary documents to present for review including contract and credentialing documents, financial models, legal and operational review comments, issue memos, etc.; communicates status of contracts to various business units and executives as appropriate.
+ Provides necessary support and communication to all internal Option Care Health personnel regarding day-to-day sales, service, operations, and contracting functions, as well as support ad-hoc projects, requests, and initiatives.
+ Draft and manage correspondence regarding contract terminations and disputes with minimal supervision.

**Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements**
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related contract experience,

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Solid knowledge and understanding of basic contracting principles and primary contract types.
+ Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

The Trade Show-Event Marketing Representative is responsible for performing and/or assisting with all aspects of marketing our resorts at fairs, events, festivals, and trade shows. Under supervision, the Trade Show Representative interacts with potential consumers to promote Spinnaker Resorts to generate package sales, direct tours and/or leads by ensuring brand standards are met while generating tours for the purpose of timeshare solicitation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Book direct tours and generate leads for the purpose of timeshare solicitation, using provided package prices and gifting incentives.
- Meet and exceed production minimum standards. (ex. hours per tour, hours per package, etc.)

Great American's Corporate Claims Resolution Services team receives a variety of claims from several of Great Americans divisions involving property, general liability, professional liability, ocean marine, commercial auto, employers liability, aviation, and employment practices liability, in addition to handling Great American legacy claims.
Claims Resolution Services is searching for a candidate that is motivated to learn more about the insurance industry and is eager to continue or start a career in claims. This position will be required to work a hybrid schedule out of our downtown Cincinnati office.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Investigate and maintain claims, including gathering information related to the claim, such as accident reports, statements from involved parties, photos, estimates, and any necessary documentation.
Evaluate the details of the claim, including policy coverage, the extent of damages, and liability.
Serve as the main point of contact on each claim for policyholders, agents, legal representatives, and other involved parties. Provide updates on the status of the claim, answer questions, and explain the claims process via both verbal and formal written communication. This includes conveying simple to moderately complex information (coverage, decision, outcomes, etc.) to all appropriate parties and maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.
Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications, investigations, and decisions related to the claim. This documentation is essential for ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaboratewith other departments, such as legal, underwriting, or special investigation units, to resolve claims. In Claims Resolution Services, a Claims Representative/Senior Claims Representative also collaborates with Divisional leaders on complex claims.
Ensure that all claims are handled in line with industry regulations and company guidelines. This includes staying updated on relevant laws and best practices. Complying with and adhering to each states handling requirements is an essential job function.
Deliver excellent customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and professional. Exceptional customer service helps to maintain the companys reputation and customer satisfaction.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Liberal Arts, Business or a related discipline.
Experience: Generally, 6 months to 3 years of related experience.
