Position Summary:
This position will be a member of the Modern Work practice as a Technical Architect. The incumbent will help us deliver innovative solutions for our clients using the latest Microsoft technologies. As a Technical Architect, this role will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of Microsoft 365 Modern Work projects, such as Entra ID, Exchange Online, M365 Security, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, along with leading the development of an innovative solution to deliver seamless tenant-to-tenant device migrations. This role will also provide technical guidance and mentoring to other consultants and engineers on the team.
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
- 1,350 billable hours with 100 pre-sales hours expected annually for a total of 1,450 charge hours.
- Provide 2-4 hours/week of support for project and escalated incident management tickets for current customers with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges and propose Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions that align with their goals and vision.
- Lead the technical scoping and estimation of Microsoft 365 Modern Work projects, ensuring that the scope, budget, timeline, and risks are clearly defined and communicated.
- Design and architect Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions that follow best practices and standards and meet the client's requirements and expectations.
- Lead the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 Modern Work projects, overseeing the development, testing, deployment, and support of the solutions.
- Assist clients in developing cloud migration strategies utilizing technologies such as M365, Azure, Azure Local, and existing on-prem solutions.
- Work with clients to plan and execute cloud migration strategies, including serving as the Lead HBS engineer on such projects.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to other consultants and engineers on the team, ensuring that the quality and consistency of the solutions are maintained.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 Modern Work trends, features, and capabilities, and share the knowledge and insights with the team and the clients.
- Dedicate time to researching, evaluating, and integrating new technologies related to M365 Modern Work applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex business problems to successful delivery of a technology solution that will solve the challenge.
- Comprehend and contribute to complex business processes through business acumen and technical aptitude.
- Cultivate effective communication with others throughout all levels of the organization.
- Delight customers by delivering Microsoft-based solutions that simplify their business processes.

Required Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience implementing M365 Modern Work technologies, specifically Exchange and Management
- 5+ years’ experience scoping M365 implementation projects, partnering across the organization to ensure all key components are identified and dimensioned
Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience leading the technical aspect of M365 implementation projects, including partnering with multiple business units to ensure all key components are delivered
- 5+ years’ experience leading technical Exchange and management projects
- 3+ years’ experience implementing M365 information protection, record retention, and audit tracking configuration
- 7+ years’ experience delivering up to Tier II support
Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:
- Active technical certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace

We are currently in search of New Business Sales Representatives to help secure new opportunities and grow the Book Fair business. These full-time positions offer medical, dental and vision benefits, a Paid Time Off program that includes vacation, personal and sick time, a generous 50% off discount on Scholastic merchandise, 401k with a company match, and the possibility of summers off.
In additions to the base rate, Scholastic offers a Sales Compensation program which includes the opportunity to earn annual incentives. This Net Revenue Bonus enables participants to earn 1.5% of all Net Revenue booked from their assigned prospects. Earned bonuses are paid annually and do not have a maximum earnings cap.
Qualified candidate will be able to achieve budgeted Fair Counts, net revenue and overall sales program goals through effective execution of the sales and servicing methods of the company. Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations.
The estimated base pay range (not including incentives) for this role is $48,000 - $54,000 per year.

You will prospect and build relationships with schools to expand the reach of Scholastic Book Fairs, fostering a love for reading and supporting schools in raising funds.
**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**
**Prospecting:** Research and identify potential school and district partners. Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to decision-makers such as Principals, PTS Leaders and School Administrators.
**Lead Qualifications:** Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timelines, and interests in hosting Book Fairs. Set up appointments and pass along qualified leads to Account Managers.
**Relationship Building:** Establish rapport with educators and administrators, emphasizing the value of Scholastic Reading Events in promoting literacy and supporting school communities.
**Pipeline Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system. Track progress toward monthly and quarterly goals.
**Collaboration and Strategy:** Work closely with the sales team to align outreach strategies and improve lead generation efficiency. Continuously learning and refining sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights, including staying informed about industry trends, customer preferences and emerging opportunities to enhance effectiveness and achieve targets.
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
Market and Event Management
+ Achieve goals by booking events from the seasonal prospecting list within assigned territory. Identify alternative opportunities through Grants, Title 1, Non-Profit, Foundation and Corporate channels where targeted.
+ Identify, communicate, and respond to opportunities to impact sales and customer satisfaction with each customer.
+ Coordinate high level revenue-building activities of Book Fairs with appropriate event partner for follow up.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales/services records of all activity in assigned accounts ensuring that all departments receive the necessary information as required.
+ Prioritize tasks, recognize issues or opportunities, take independent and immediate action when made aware of a situation, and readjust priorities in order to meet assigned goals and objectives.
+ Support a high level of customer satisfaction in secured accounts and schools through effective execution of the sales and servicing methods of the Company.

**Qualifications**
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
+ Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales, event management, personal selling, and customer service with noted leadership ability and qualities demonstrated.
+ Proficiency with MS Office software; experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management or Web-based software programs.
+ Familiarization with children's literature, Book Fairs, and school activities desired.
+ Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, including oral presentation skills.
+ Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with peers, superiors (across functions and throughout the company), and customers.
