+ Must be able to work alone, outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.
+ Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities and show attention to detail.
+ Must be able to adapt to change.
+ Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite).
**WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:**
+ Associate or Bachelors degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
+ Six months or more direct UVM experience preferred (or forestry combined with equipment and tree trimming practices).
+ ISA Certified Arborist or ability to gain with 6 months of start preferred.
+ Prior experience with GIS software/technology a plus.
+ Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
**Working Environment** :

Family Medicine Physician Role :
- Monday-Friday role 8am-5pm with the option for a long day 8a-7p followed by a shorter day
- Option for a 4 or 4.5 day work week
- 16-24 patients per day on average
- Team based mindset with collaborative environment
- can be 100% patient care, or 80-90% seeing patients and 10-20% Associate Medical Director, as an option. You can also not do the director part of the role and just see patients, your choice.
