ProSidian Consulting is looking for a Contract Administrator located in Dallas, TX to support an engagement for a United States Federal Financial Agency Government Corporation providing deposit insurance to depositors in U.S. commercial banks and savings institutions.
The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide professional support services to The Agency's acquisition personnel in a variety of acquisition-related functions. These functions include assistance in the pre-award, post-award and closeout phases of the acquisition cycle, and analyzing functions related to acquisition policies and procedures. Acquisition-related tasks include, but not limited to: market research, development of milestone schedules, analyze cost or price proposals, prepare and process technical evaluation documents, provide administrative assistance, coordinate contract close-outs and other administrative actions.
Acquisition Support Services Candidates shall work to support requirements as a Contract Administrator and responsible for supporting Contracting Officers with the contract administration function for a diverse portfolio of contracts and agreements. Contract Administrator is responsible for the overall management and coordination for the uniform, equipment and laundry services a federal training academy focused on public protection and shall act as a central point of contact with the Government.
Responsibilities include:
- Support Contracting Officers with the day to day administration of contracts
- Monitoring contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions and tracking receipt of deliverables
- Assist Government Agency in collection, recording, and analysis of contracting activity data.
- Prepares and delivers reports tracking key actions and milestones.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications include:
The Contract Administrator shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, such as accounting, finance, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
- Six (6) years specialized experience in commercial or government contracting.
- OR Education and experience requirements may be met by a total of ten (10) years specialized experience in commercial or government contracting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate with the Development & Construction on scheduling and management
- Development/Construction Pipeline reporting. Harness data from various systems into recurring and adhoc reporting for use by management and the business teams
- Real Estate Project Management provide project management assistance for various real estate enhancement projects
- Coordinate with vendors and internal personnel to process contracts and change orders in an highly accurate and timely manner.
- Review consultant and contractor proposals critically using the following skills:
- Ability to identify language that contradicts Public Storage standard terms and conditions
- Knowledge of construction, design and consulting fields a plus in order to determine if scope of work is complete
- Language skills to rewrite scopes of work to be clear, complete and grammatically correct
- Draft contracts and change orders using approved templates
- Respond to vendors' attempts to alter Public Storage contract documents and, if needed, determine the appropriate internal authority for approval of any changes

- Ensure that PS internal controls are being strictly followed.

This position is responsible for providing support to the Legal department with contract and legal issues relating to construction, leases and purchasing.
What you'll do:
- Works directly with business leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to support client in all phases of the procurement and negotiation process.
- Reviews, evaluates, and redlines proposed construction contracts, change orders, releases, service agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, and other types of commercial agreements to identify terms or clauses that represent potential compliance, liability, exposure, or risks to the Company.

**Overview**
The Contract Manager is responsible for supporting the facilitation and coordination of all contracts related to Energy as a Service business development. They are assisting the Associate General Counsel in managing complex energy project and finance transactions through the entire pre-contract, contract closing, and post-closing phases.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supports the creation and revision of template documents for different types of real estate, construction, and finance transactions.
+ Performs guided tax, licensing, procurement, finance, and real estate legal research for project locations.
+ Implements and manages a new Company data room application to include administration and uploading.
+ Supports all contract closing and post-closing activities, including document revisions and signature coordination.
+ Supports the review of all affiliate company contracts and values prior to the financial close to streamline downstream contract buyout.
+ Supports the management of all agent contracts, invoices, payment approval, and terminations.
+ Supports the creation of Project Legal Summaries and ensure that they contain all relevant legal information per project.
+ Fulfills MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) requests from developers by researching legal entity counter parties and ensuring accuracy in the MOU's.
+ Supports the drafting and information insertion in to agency agreements, teaming agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
+ Organizes, updates, and maintains the Egnyte databases concerning MOU's, agency agreements, teaming agreements, and other project contract documents.
+ Retrieves documents and distributes as requested from internal clients.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
+ 5+ years experience managing contracts in construction, real estate, engineering or similar industry.
