**Job Description Summary:**
Responsible for reviewing, drafting and managing commercial contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The role supports legal department attorneys that provide legal guidance on contractual issues and mitigate legal risk.
**Job Description:**
**Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)**
+ Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Market Access, Business Development, Facilities/Real Estate, Finance, Information Technology, Compliance and other applicable business units as needed to lead and manage the administration of our contracting process, including drafting, participating in contract negotiations, revising, finalizing customer and procurement contracts, and analyzing potential risks involved with specific contract terms and to help ensure contracts are compliant with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
+ Tracks and monitors contracts throughout their lifecycle from inception to execution and post-implementation; utilize and manage electronic Contract Management System technology; maintains knowledge of status and information within contracts; facilitates the routing, approval, and execution of third-party contracts, and compiles all executive summary documents to present for review including contract and credentialing documents, financial models, legal and operational review comments, issue memos, etc.; communicates status of contracts to various business units and executives as appropriate.
+ Provides necessary support and communication to all internal Option Care Health personnel regarding day-to-day sales, service, operations, and contracting functions, as well as support ad-hoc projects, requests, and initiatives.
+ Draft and manage correspondence regarding contract terminations and disputes with minimal supervision.

**Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements**
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related contract experience,

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Solid knowledge and understanding of basic contracting principles and primary contract types.
+ Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
+ Experience building and maintaining excellent internal and external working relationships.
+ Demonstrated high level of accuracy, attention and detail, and process orientation.

Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. The Legal Department seeks a talented, self-starting Contracts/Legal Administrator to join its team. Responsibilities

Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation is searching for a Contracts Analyst to join our legal team! This position will be based at our office in Orange County, California.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for management of contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers and partners. This includes contract drafting, execution and analysis, for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. Negotiate terms and conditions in contracts and ensure organizational compliance. Document changes/amendments during final review and execution of contracts. Create and maintain contract database for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in receiving, organizing, evaluating, reviewing and redlining contracts covering a broad range of transactions including prime contracts, subcontracts, lease agreements and purchase order agreements. The subject matter ranges from engineering, design, procurement, construction and real estate.
  • Assist in communicating and managing the contract review and submittal process.
  • Assist in the determination of the level of contract review based upon the requests from the business unit.
  • Work with the business unit personnel and the attorneys to coordinate the reviews and transmittal of documentation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal training, and significant experience in legal contract review and redlines.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field.
  • Experience working with engineering and construction contracts and the construction industry.
  • Proficient understanding of key contract language and legal risks.
  • Proficiency in the redlining process in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF formats.
  • Effective teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.
  • Strong English reading, writing and language skills.
  • Experience and skill in negotiating contract terms and conditions, including both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Driven and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a large volume of tasks and information.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with moderate guidance.
  • Ability to demonstrate a confident and appropriate demeanor, with adaptability to deal with multiple and different types of people, both within the organization and outside of it.
