Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a CNC Machinist - Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to plan and organize tasks effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** CNC Machinist - Machine Operator
**Location:** Dallas, TX
**Pay Rate:** $23.58
**Shift:** M-F 6AM-2:30PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate CNC machines and adjust CNC offsets as needed.
+ Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications.
+ Load and unload products in fixtures and start machines for automatic cycles.
+ Perform critical gauging and inspection of produced work to ensure quality.
+ Conduct hourly checks including safety, quality, and production metrics.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
+ At least 1 year of related experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
+ Mathematical aptitude to perform calculations in various units of measure.
+ Computer proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions, both written and oral.
