The Opportunity: Make a difference; join our Team! As a Security Cooperation Analyst supporting the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) you will have the opportunity to advance strategic security cooperation, enable operational readiness, and directly support military initiatives in a region of high strategic importance. You will be a key member of the USINDOPACOM Liaison team in Tinian, supporting the J56 Posture Manager and Senior Advisor, Regional PoliticalMilitary Affairs at Joint Task Force-Micronesia. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, data analytics, and security cooperation to drive impactful outcomes for our client. This position is located in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).
**Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate and coordinate Department of Defense requirements and military initiatives within the CNMI, ensuring
alignment with client objectives.
- Provide analytical insights, recommendations, and deliverables to USINDOPACOM leadership to inform decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of regional political-military policy and associated plans.
- Lead and coordinate multi-agency agreements to address and mitigate community impacts in the CNMI.
- Deliver strategic planning and analytical services, including research, data analytics, and scenario modeling.
- Utilize tools such as the Common Workforce Analysis Tool and Microsoft Excel to build dashboards, conduct data
analysis, and support change implementation.
- Support the review and analysis of technology transfer and disclosure matters, ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
- Draft, coordinate, and provide recommendations on export control policies and procedures related to Foreign Military
Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and other security cooperation initiatives.
- Rapidly research, retrieve, and update international technology transfer policy and implementation guidance in support
of Joint Security Assistance Programs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support assessments of acquisition programs, identify opportunities for security
cooperation, and develop metrics for performance evaluation.
- Analyze security cooperation technology transfer and disclosure activities to ensure compliance with DoD and Joint
Force directives.
- Support the assessment and optimization of FMS security cooperation tools and processes.
- Develop staff positions and provide analytical support for security cooperation matters to enable informed client
decision-making.
- Prepare briefing materials, trip books, and information papers to support senior leader engagements with foreign
counterparts.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
- Active Secret clearance required; must be eligible for TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably as a U.S. Armed Forces officer or in a related DoD/State Department security cooperation role
- Demonstrated experience in conference and event planning, project management, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in data analytics, dashboard development, and command management services
- In-depth knowledge of DoD security cooperation programs, State Department security assistance programs, and the FMS process
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leaders and produce high-quality deliverables
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with high attention to detail and initiative
- Willingness and ability to travel via locally provided aircraft, vehicles, and boats to remote locations
- Ability to work in challenging environments

Apogee is looking for a talented Senior Program Analyst to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DE&C). This high-impact position will provide subject matter expertise in international affairs, national security policy, and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS). DASA DE&C's mission is to manage the US Army's Security Assistance and Armaments Cooperation programs that engage allies and partners across the full spectrum of Army acquisition to achieve force dominance.

This is a full-time opportunity in at Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

    Provide support to draft, coordinate, and make recommendations on export control policies and procedures regarding initiatives or approved programs as they apply to FMS and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) cases and other initiatives or approved programs.
  • Review and make recommendations concerning policies, objectives and implementing procedures pertaining to Security Assistance (SA) initiatives, with a focus on these programs that relate to the Army's modernization priorities.
  • Review, provide input to, and comment on Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), OSD and Joint Actions which have security cooperation and technology transfer implications.
  • Conduct oversight with respect to the review, analysis and initiation of technology transfer and disclosure matters to support the Army, Army acquisition programs and industrial base, our friends and allies; and integrate FMS , DCS, and OMA initiatives with the Army and DoD.
  • Provide management and administrative support necessary to assist DASA DEC in the management of international technology transfer documentation to include ITAR exemptions, export policy statements, ENDP determinations, associated Records of Actions (RAs), other releasability determinations/guidance, Delegation of Disclosure Letters (DDLs), and other applicable FMS and acquisition program related export documents.
  • Support the Director, Partner Relationship Management with daily responsibility for reviewing, staffing, and coordinating the implementation of approved programs in accordance with established policies and procedures. Advise the DASA DEC and Director, Partner Relationship Management on all facets of program execution to enhance the overall effectiveness.
  • Compile and reproduce policy documents to be used for training materials and conduct training to remediate identified deficiencies in, and make improvement to, the Army FMS and Security Assistance (SA) Programs process implementation and compliance with DoD and Army guidelines.
  • Assist with the development and staffing of Army positions on security cooperation issues, coordinating with the G3, G4, G2, G8, Secretariat offices, DoD agencies, and other Military Deputies.
  • Review, interpret, and provide recommended changes to policies and implement procedures governing the integration and execution of approved security cooperation programs.


Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: 16 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years of uniformed service providing security assistance support.


Additional Experience:

  • Knowledgeable on:
    • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process
    • Security assistance policies and laws and be knowledgeable in the laws and policies that govern export controls and technology transfer
    • DoD, DoD Directive 5230-series, and Army regulations relevant to international affairs and/or national security policy
  • Ability to perform intensive research and strong writing and policy development skills
  • Effective, efficient written and oral communication skills

Red Gate Group is seeking a highly qualified Foreign Military Sales and International Armaments Cooperation Analyst to support senior leaders in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). This high-visibility position works directly with the Office of the Director for International Cooperation (IC), under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD/A&S). The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in acquisition management from a military or civilian background to help manage and oversee the Defense Exportability Features (DEF) Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical and programmatic support to international acquisition and exportability programs, including reviewing acquisition documents and preparing technical briefings.
  • Assist with policy development and analysis related to export policy, technology security, and foreign disclosure to preserve U.S. technological advantages.
  • Manage the execution of DEF Program studies, including planning and overseeing research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) funding.
  • Foster relationships with DoD program offices to identify and nominate new projects for the DEF Program, and coordinate activities across multiple functional areas.

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an RN / LPN Transitional Care Manager, who will build and strengthen relationships between referral sources and BAYADA Home Health Care's Hospice practice. Focus on relationships with hospital and facility contacts to educate their leaders about BAYADA services and the benefits of hospice care. Use clinical knowledge to educate patients and hospital staff about hospice eligibility and expectations. Manage referral intake and coordinate a safe discharge to next care setting or initiating GIP level of Care.

Territory: Mullica Hill and Vineland, NJ

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way : compassion, excellence and reliability.
  2. Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, in the state of practice.
  3. Graduate of an accredited and approved program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
  4. Two (2) year experience in health care, preferably in one these settings: Hospice RN, Clinical Liaison, RN Discharge Planner, RN Educator.
  5. Completed Continuing Education Requirements (CEUs) as required by regulation.
  6. Demonstrated record of building and maintaining referral relationships.
  7. Demonstrated knowledge of the Medicare COPs and other program requirements, as applicable.
  8. Previous discharge planning experience preferred.
  9. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  10. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and matrix organization
  11. Working knowledge of business office technologies: PC/laptop w Microsoft Office applications, smartphone, website/internet, email

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way .
  2. Develop relationships, in accordance with The BAYADA Way , with referral sources, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Sell BAYADA services by clearly articulating the features and benefits of BAYADA to generate growth in the volume of referrals generated from assigned accounts.
  4. Demonstrate mastery of clinical and regulatory hospice care eligibility criteria.
  5. Review and compile all documentation necessary, in coordination with referral sources, to transition care from an acute care setting/ sub-acute care setting or initiate care as ordered by a physician to BAYADA Hospice.
  6. Coordinate with the service office to set up the services ordered by the physician.
  7. Completes the evaluation on hospital referred patients for community and for inpatient hospice admissions.
  8. . Provides accurate and timely information regarding hospice team and hospice staff.
  9. Participate in offices quarterly business planning and market analysis to achieve growth goals
  10. . Serves as patient advocate in evaluating/developing plan of care for GIP patients and obtaining informed Consent for hospice.
  11. Providing daily GIP visits and documenting to GIP eligibility.
  12. Collaboration with Business Development Manager and/or Director on key and shared accounts.
  13. Attend and participate in weekly team growth meetings.
  14. Cross-train office field staff to cover absences, as needed.
  15. Participate in community and sales activities, as needed.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $85,000-95,000 / year depending on qualifications
  • Monthly bonus opportunity based on predefined metrics
