**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ General administrative support:
+ Create and monitor progress for work orders associated with Facilities, IT, Finance, etc. to request repairs, order new equipment, office supplies, and services from various approved vendors.
+ Assist in meeting management, agenda setting, verbal/written communication with other areas, and transcribing minutes and dissemination for various meetings.
+ Facilitate onboarding new staff - equipment needs, IT access, eRecord training, swipe access, etc.
+ Updates and maintains distribution lists of clinical areas and leadership throughout the department.
+ Policy management on Policy Stat: Track policies due, disperse to staff for review, edit as necessary and approve policies.
+ Acts as department Release of Information coordinator for Hospital Health Information Management.
+ Coordinate spreadsheets to track (and process) requests to access records sent from HIM.
+ Assist department leadership in preparation, review, maintenance, and distribution of QA materials including, but not limited to: committee presentations, training information, investigation documents, department metrics, and Power Point presentations.
+ Report gathering/tracking: working with CRMQIT department on tracking requests to assist in appropriate management of documentation.
+ Work with department leadership to develop following up plans/trainings connected to any opportunities for improvement identified in tracking activities or regulatory reviews.

The Warehouse Coordinator IV/ Buyer will work with the item shipping and receiving process along with rotating in with the store room to help daily store room activities along with a strong focus on inbound and outbound shipments of parts. + Perform clerical duties in support of Logistics operational and hourly personnel.
+ Perform cycle count and physical inventories across warehouse infrastructure, as needed.
+ Liaison between customer service and logistics operations to ensure good communication and flexibility.
+ Prepare department equipment for use, for daily operations.
+ Perform Inventory Reconciliations and support inventory control programs, as assigned.
+ Maintain shipping office and other work areas, in an orderly fashion.

**SKILLS:**

Responsibilities
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Academic Affairs Coordinator will assist the Academic Affairs Associate Director on planning, scheduling, and coordinating various committee tasks and responsibilities. The Academic Affairs Coordinator will monitor and track progress from initiation to completion relating to projects such as student petitions, academic action, curriculum decisions, academic policies, course evaluations. The Academic Coordinator will manage the course approval process, course evaluations and provide support to partner offices regarding data and technology. Collaborates with cross-functional teams as needed to gather project requirements and updates. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management
Serves as core support to the Academic Affairs Associate Director on special projects related to curriculum and academic policy
Monitors and tracks end to end progress for student petitions, academic action, curriculum decisions, academic policies and course evaluations
Project Communication & Information Management
Monitors incoming requests and prepares information for regularly occurring committee meetings including College Curriculum and Administrative Committees
Manages the workflow and communication of decisions.
Collaborates with partner offices, academic departments, and senior leadership to maintain a strong connection and relationship across campus and disseminate need to know information effectively.
Course Evaluations and Approvals
Manages course evaluations in HelioCampus
Manages the course approval process for new and revised course requests.
Serves as a liaison to the Office of the University Registrar and provides support and training to academic departments
Data Support
Supports Office of Data and Institutional Research and IT in reviewing requests for data that are submitted by academic departments.
Supports other data and system inquiries relating to academic affairs as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required
Or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Experience in higher education, K-12, and/or project management required
Ability to collaborate and meet timelines required
