This position is responsible for leading litigation strategy for a docket of commercial disputes, primarily in the areas of copyright and trademark law. As senior counsel, you will manage all aspects of threatened and actual litigation, including setting strategy, editing legal filings, managing discovery, supervising outside counsel, and collaborating closely with internal clients and partners.
