About the Role
The Corporate Attorney will play a key role in advising clients on complex corporate and securities law matters. This position is available at the Associate level (approximately 8 years of experience) or at the Counsel or Senior Counsel level (approximately 12+ years of experience). The role involves handling sophisticated transactions, regulatory compliance, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities filings. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate and securities transactions from negotiation through closing

- Offer strategic guidance during the planning and execution phases of complex transactions.
- Manage multiple legal matters simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Requirements - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the New York State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate transactions or commercial law.
- Proven ability to handle complex deals and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and general business practices.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for advising clients and building relationships.
