We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our External Reporting team. This role will report to the AVP - Reporting and will support the preparation and filing of SEC reports and other external financial disclosures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and auditors to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations to achieve and optimize organizational financial objectives.
**What you'll do**
+ Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required disclosures.
+ Support the preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, and other external communications.
+ Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal accounting policies.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations, FP&A) to gather and validate financial data and narrative disclosures.
+ Help maintain documentation and workpapers to support all external reporting.
+ Participate in the XBRL tagging process and review for accuracy.
+ Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new standards as needed.
+ Support the coordination of external audits and respond to auditor requests.

**Summary**
The Sr. Manager, FP&A - Technology Business Partner serves as the primary finance liaison to the Technology Organization, providing strategic financial guidance and decision support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and senior IT leadership. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the strategic finance partner to the CIO and Technology leadership team, supporting decision-making across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
+ Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the Technology Organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide financial targets and strategic priorities.
+ Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate technology investments, including business cases for capital expenditures, software licensing, and vendor contracts.
+ Provide monthly reporting and variance analysis on technology spend, headcount, and project performance; identify risks and opportunities.
+ Partner with IT PMO and procurement to track and forecast project costs, resource allocations, and ROI on major initiatives.
+ Design and implement dashboards and KPIs to monitor technology performance and financial health.
+ Support executive presentations for board meetings, investment reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
+ Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities using Hyperion Planning, SmartView, and SAP.

**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
+ Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years supporting a Technology or IT function.
+ Strong understanding of IT financial management, including CapEx/OpEx, and software licensing.
+ Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior technology and finance leaders.
