**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Corporate Responsibility to lead compliance initiatives across our organization, with a particular focus on regulatory coding practices and auditing standards. This role is critical in ensuring our systems and processes align with legal and ethical standards, while proactively identifying and mitigating risk. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in healthcare operations, auditing oversight, and coding compliance, along with a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement.
**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**
+ Conducts and evaluates risk assessments for assigned entities, determines the potential effect on the system and helps to develop recommendations regarding system response.
+ Responsible for the oversight and implementation of the corporate responsibility process (CRP) and HIPAA privacy program for assigned entities.
+ Responsible for the supervision of staff and related processes to ensure implementation, investigation, monitoring and enforcement of regional privacy complaints and concerns.
+ Prepares and delivers reports and updates to senior leaders, including annual reports to the board.

Here's what you'd do:
The Corporate Responsibility Manager leads the Company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, including BrightView's sustainability strategy, data management, and reporting. This role oversees greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions tracking and assurance, customer and investor ESG engagement, regulatory disclosures, and development of the annual Corporate Responsibility Report. In addition, the Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to advance sustainability performance, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and support customer and investor engagement. The position requires both strong technical reporting skills and the ability to collaborate across the business to drive meaningful, measurable progress.
You'd be responsible for:
Sustainability Reporting & Compliance
+ Lead the calculation and third-party assurance of the Company's annual GHG inventory.
+ Manage regulatory disclosures, (e.g., California Climate disclosures) and submissions to CDP, EcoVadis, and other sustainability frameworks.
+ Lead the development and drafting of BrightView's annual Corporate Responsibility Report
+ Maintain accurate, timely sustainability data management systems.
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Respond to customer ESG inquiries and support client reviews and partnerships.
+ Support investor ESG questionnaires and maintain dialogue with major investors.
+ Coordinate the activities of the Corporate Responsibility Management Committee.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
+ Collaborate with Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, Environmental Health & Safety to compile ESG data and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Translate data and benchmarks into actionable insights for business units.
+ Lead development and implementation of the Company's Carbon Emissions Reduction Plan.
+ Contribute to integrating sustainability into service delivery, aligning with customer expectations and industry best practices.
You might be a good fit if you have:
+ Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
+ 4-7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility roles.
+ Working knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (CDP, TCFD, GRI, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol).
+ Highly organized and action-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
+ Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
+ Proficient in Excel and data analysis; experience with sustainability software tools or platforms is a plus.

Here's what you'd do:
The Senior Analyst, Corporate Responsibility supports BrightView's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, with a focus on sustainability data, reporting, and disclosure. This role plays a key part in compiling and analyzing the Company's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, maintaining ESG data systems, and supporting the development of the annual Corporate Responsibility Report. The Senior Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather ESG information, support compliance efforts, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
You'd be responsible for
+ Support the calculation and documentation of the Company's annual GHG inventory in alignment with the GHG Protocol.
+ Assist in preparing regulatory disclosures (e.g., California climate regulations) and responses to ESG ratings frameworks such as CDP and EcoVadis.
+ Contribute to the drafting and design of BrightView's annual Corporate Responsibility Report.
+ Help maintain accurate, up-to-date sustainability data across internal systems and platforms.
+ Respond to customer ESG inquiries and support client reviews and partnerships.
+ Support investor ESG questionnaires and maintain dialogue with major investors.
+ Coordinate the activities of the Corporate Responsibility Management Committee.
+ Assist with preparation and coordination of the Corporate Responsibility Management Committee meetings.
+ Collaborate with Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, Environmental Health & Safety to compile ESG data and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Analyze ESG trends and metrics and provide insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.
+ Contribute to tracking progress against the Company's Carbon Emissions Reduction Plan.
+ Assist in identifying opportunities to align service delivery with customer ESG priorities and industry best practices.
You might be a good fit if you have:
+ Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Public Policy, or related field.
+ 2-4 years of professional experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related areas.
+ Familiarity with ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., CDP, GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol).
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present technical information.
+ Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; experience with sustainability reporting platforms or tools is a plus.

**Job Summary / Purpose**
This position will assist in the administration of CommonSpirit Health's Corporate Responsibility Program (CRP) for specific assigned markets/entities within the CommonSpirit enterprise. Responsible for in-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, as well as operational and business practices of the organization. This individual functions in an independent and objective manner.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
+ Assists in the **hospital administration** a **nd monitoring of CommonSpirit Health's comprehensive, uniform CRP at the Houston market or hospital facility** level in support of Federal guidance regarding the elements of effective compliance programs and in accordance with the CommonSpirit Health Corporate Responsibility Plan.
+ Provides management and support for region level CRP committees/workgroups.
+ Coordinates and performs internal and external CRP investigations and monitors/manages complaints through resolution.
+ Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure adequate, independent hospital auditing and monitoring resources are devoted to compliance risk activities.
+ Participates in monitoring activities and assists with the development of integrated mitigation plans as necessary.
+ Provides routine and ad hoc compliance education.
**Job Requirements**
**Required Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience required
+ Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare experience in an acute setting to include at least one (1) year healthcare compliance experience, or similar experience in Quality, Regulatory, Risk, and/or Revenue Cycle.
+ Minimum of three (3) years' experience collaborating across departments or leading cross-functional teams and working with executives and other leaders.
+ One of the following is preferred upon hire or required within the first year of employment: Certified in HC Compliance ( **CHC** ) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional **(CCEP)** .
**Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training**
+ Ability to work effectively in a large, geographically diverse system
+ Proven ability in development and implementation of facility-wide policies and/or practices.
+ Success working collaboratively with other discipline leaders to accomplish compliance goals.
+ Ability to utilize System-thinking, considering widespread effects of decisions and actions
+ Works independently to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
+ Develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees, physicians and customers.
+ Ability to research complex, legal, regulatory and contractual documents for interpretive purposes.

**Job Responsibilities and Requirements:**
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Initiates development and maintenance of compliance program, including compliance awareness education, implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures, and monitoring of policy adherence and enforcement.
+ Identifies, researches, summarizes, presents, educates and implements traditional and non-traditional approaches to multi-faceted issues to provide best practice.
+ Performs or conducts compliance investigations and presents recommendations to physicians and committees.
+ Implements process improvements and supports system wide implementation of new initiatives.
+ Provides leadership and facilitates change in application of solutions requiring organized processes and outcomes.
+ Documents and discusses detected deficiencies in billing and reimbursement with personnel of departments and provides recommendations to prevent future deficiencies. Develops and maintains processes to monitor program effectiveness through audits, analysis of employee hot-line reports, post office box inquires and other feedback mechanisms.
+ Remains current with government and third party billing regulations, government initiatives on fraud and abuse, and other related legislation.
+ Researches and performs analysis of compliance work plan. Coordinates audits/record reviews and provides education to departments when necessary. Implements corrective actions in cooperation with both clinic and business office management.
+ Serves as resource to all internal and external customers, answering questions, researching topics and providing information regarding coding, documentation and compliance issues.
+ Partners with other individuals/departments to foster best practice methodology and compliance.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
