This position involves managing a variety of corporate services and facilities-related tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal personnel and external vendors.
Responsibilities
+ Review corporate documents and communications for accuracy and ensure a consistent message across the organization.

Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in a similar role with data analyzing and contracts review.
+ PowerBI experience is a must.
+ Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.
+ Experience in contract review, focusing on financial and operations.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Position Key Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Sourcing & Category Management**
+ Lead global sourcing initiatives for Corporate Services categories
+ Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost reduction and service improvement opportunities.
+ Develop and execute category strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business needs.
**Supplier Management and Contracting**
+ Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFPs, negotiations, vendor evaluation, and contract development.
+ Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Quality to ensure contracts meet regulatory and operational standards.
+ Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supplier performance.
+ Mitigate supplier risks and support the creation of roust continuity and continency plans across regions.
**Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership**
+ Foster collaborative, strategic relationships with key business stakeholders across Marketing, IT, R&D, Finance, Legal, Quality and Compliance.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor and sourcing leader for business partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
+ Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and communication for all Professional Services sourcing initiatives.
+ Track and report on savings, value realization, and program status to senior leadership.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
**Nice to have**
+ 7+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management in Corporate Services experience.
+ Proven track record of delivering cost savings and service improvements in a global, matrixed environment.
+ Strong Knowledge of contracting, vendor negotiations, and supplier governance
+ Experience working in highly regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries is strongly preferred). Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, supplier performance management, and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485).
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
