Job Description
The Director of eCommerce Strategy, reporting to the Senior Director, will collaborate with leaders across Walmart to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of our eCommerce sector. You'll be responsible for aligning cross-functional stakeholders, defining annual goals, streamlining the portfolio planning process, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
**What you'll do.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Product, Tech, Merchandising, and Finance, to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and support the achievement of company objectives. Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners including executives and department heads. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives and communicate to a variety of audiences with influence and inspiration to garner commitment and action.
+ Strategic Thinking: Utilize your strategic mindset to assess and address a wide range of complex business challenges, including but not limited to initial scoping all the way through delivery to key stakeholders. Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and operational excellence considering both short-term and long-term implications. This role will require the ability to undertake difficult and ambiguous business challenges within an ever-evolving business environment.
+ Demonstrate an ability to tackle complex business challenges while being comfortable producing "stake in the ground" hypotheses.
+ Develop and Execute Strategies: Utilize data analysis to identify key opportunities and potential risks and convert these insights into actionable and strategic plans for sustainable growth.
+ Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to boost project agility and efficiency, using data to refine prioritization and execution methods.
+ Champion Customer-Centric Projects: Leverage insights on customer behavior and loyalty to guide strategies.

**Qualifications:**
+ Strategic Leadership: At least 8 years of experience in managing large-scale businesses, with a focus on aligning efforts towards clear, strategic outcomes.

Join our Animal Health Division as a Senior Corporate Account Manager supporting strategic, corporate-level relationships with major industry integrators and large food production companies. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute corporate strategic plans for major food production customers across multiple livestock species, working at the highest levels of the customer organization.
