The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the Chief Accounting Officer & Controller + Senior Vice President, Procurement for VERSANT, a newly formed, independent media company. Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree and seven (7) + years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting senior executives

The Role

CNBC is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Editor-in Chief and SVP & CMO. This role serves as a key liaison between the executive's office and internal VERSANT departments, as well as external partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide support, organize, manage daily workflow, appointments, contacts, correspondence, incoming and returning phone call lists and assist with daily priorities while maintaining constant open communication.
