A hospitality company in Pasadena is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner on a direct hire basis. This is a fully onsite role. Responsibilities include-
- Provide high-level administrative support to the founder, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and oversee personal assistant tasks such as arranging dry cleaning and other household-related errands.
- Manage and prioritize competing demands with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
