Position Summary:
The Golf Course Superintendent will be the leader on the North Course and a member of a team providing tournament golf conditions, managing course renovations, and providing exceptional golf conditions. Working closely with the Director, the Golf Course Superintendent will develop and implement daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals, objectives, and assignments. This includes but is not limited to agronomical programs, budgeting, ensuring accurate record keeping, irrigation, project work, fertilizer & pesticide applications, scouting, and water management. The Golf Course Superintendent will fulfill these responsibilities by positively and effectively leading, directing, overseeing, developing, training, coaching, motivating, and assisting the golf course team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Effectively lead, direct, oversee, develop, train, coach, motivate and assist the golf course Assistant Superintendents and crew.
- Scheduling and directing of personnel and equipment to accomplish the work to be done and verifying work is completed.
- Inspecting the golf course and related areas to evaluate how well management standards are being achieved and the effect changes in management programs are having.
- Working closely with the Director in developing, scheduling, implementing and overseeing activities, goals and plans relating to course conditions and member satisfaction.
- Overseeing, directing, and assisting the team in maintaining the condition of the course, including the turf, bunkers, irrigation, fertilization, and pesticide applications.
- Overseeing and ensuring inventories of supplies, such as fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and sand, are monitored and replaced as needed.
- Communicating with appropriate department heads (golf, catering, food & beverage, etc.) on course conditions, set-up, play, and other matters as needed for the planning and execution of club events or activities.
- Ensuring chemicals, petroleum, and other controlled products are used, stored, and disposed of in accordance with local and state regulations.
- Assisting in the development and management of the department’s annual budget, including payroll and actuals to budget.
- Attending committee, membership, and board meetings as may be requested and participating in management meetings.
- Providing for the adequate safety and protection of members, guests, and staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and legal requirements.
- Attends turf conferences and other educational programs to maintain a current knowledge of technical and turf innovations and changes.
- Representing the Club, on and off the property, in an ethical and professional manner that will always enhance the Club’s and staff image and reputation.
Experience, Skills, Abilities, Knowledge and Education:
- Experience leading, developing, training, overseeing, managing, coaching, motivating, and assisting a golf course team.
- A BS, Associate’s Degree, or Certificate in turf grass management, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of pest control products and their applications.
- Understanding of turf chemicals and fertilizer products, as well as their applications.
- Knowledge of irrigation utilization, drainage installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Understanding of the game of golf and the impact of agronomic decisions on course playability.
- A current state license for pesticide applications, or the ability to acquire a license.

Overview:
Superior Ambulance Service (SAS) is looking for highly motivated and self-driven EMT’s/AEMT’s to advance their career in Emergency Medical Services. We are offering a free sponsored Paramedic course for qualified candidates through our Michigan licensed proprietary school- Life Support Training Institute (LSTI). LSTI’s Paramedic program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) upon the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP) and is in good standing.
After successful completion of this fifteen (15) month course, students can challenge the NREMT Paramedic exams and receive a Michigan Paramedic license. All course costs are covered by SAS including tuition, supplies, software programs, textbook(s), and the cost of the NREMT exam. Upon receiving their Michigan Paramedic license, the student will be hired by SAS and will be contractually obligated to work a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week for twenty four (24) consecutive months.
Responsibilities:
Applicants will be required to take a pre-placement assessment covering math, English language proficiency, anatomy and physiology, and EMT knowledge. Results will be used to rank candidates from highest to lowest.

POSITION SUMMARY
The on-course attendant works closely with the starters and professional staff to ensure the smooth operation of the golf course daily. This will include on course pace of play management, tee box, fairway maintenance of filling divots, repairing ball marks on greens, cleaning up trash, tournament setup and cleanup and assisting the outside services as well as the pro-shop starters in their daily tasks.
The cart attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service to the customers. This is an engagement position in which your main responsibility is to make customers achieve a superior experience. Must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the golf course and may be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary. Outside Services must be neat and well-groomed in accordance with Eaglewood team member standards.

Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Golf Course Groundskeeper for a private golf community in Woodburn, OR. This is a great opportunity for someone with golf course or turf management experience who takes pride in maintaining professional-quality greens, fairways, and landscapes.
Responsibilities:- Maintain golf course grounds including greens, fairways, bunkers, and roughs
- Operate turf equipment (mowers, aerators, utility vehicles)
- Perform irrigation adjustments, sprinkler checks, and turf care
- Assist with fertilization, seeding, aeration, and seasonal turf projects
- General upkeep of landscaped areas, walkways, and community spaces
- Golf course groundskeeping / greenskeeping experience required
- Knowledge of turf care, irrigation, and golf course standards
- Experience with groundskeeping equipment (mowers, tractors, etc.)
- Physically able to bend, lift, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining excellent playing conditions
- Competitive pay – $20/hour
