**What You Will Do:**
As a Radar Program CPT Lead, you're responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Program's Ground Based Surveillance products and services over their life cycle.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
+ Providing functional leadership of Life Cycle Engineering team for assigned program(s)
+ Driving flawless technical, schedule, and cost performance of LCE products and services that leverage best practices, process optimization, state of the art tools and techniques and people skills by establishing key process and product metrics and driving continuous improvement
+ Providing LCE inputs to proposals, supporting customer proposal negotiations, executing program start-up to include program Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule and performance baseline development. Developing and partnering customer proposals, white papers, statements of work and Basis of Estimates
+ Supporting Integrated Product Team and Program Managers to achieve staffing demands, identify and develop key personnel, build long-term plans that support LCE and GBS business models
+ Supporting SE&TC and Engineering VP via compliance to internal policies and procedures to include development of program tracking books, Estimate at Completions (EACs), and compliance with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
You'll accomplish this mission by leveraging existing and new capabilities being developed within LCE and by collaborating with the following entities:
+ Systems, Software and Hardware design organizations

The Defense Sensors department is seeking a **Systems Engineering (SE) Deputy CPT Lead (CPTL)** to support the Upper Tier Missile Defense (UTMD) organization in the development of AN/TPY-2 and XBR systems. The Deputy CPTL role reports directly to the CPTL within the Missile Defense Programs SE Cross Product Team (CPT) organization and is responsible for supporting systems engineering, architecture, and design of missile defense radar systems.
The SE Deputy CPTL is part of the core team that defines and leads the technical execution of systems engineering scope in the areas of requirements, algorithm development, simulation, cyber security, program protection, sustainment, and performance assessment for the AN/TPY-2 and XBR systems. Together with the CPTL, the Deputy CPTL is also responsible for technical program reviews, development of the team's technical bench strength, active management of Risks and Opportunities, preparation and presentation of Directorate Estimate at Completion (EACs), Directorate level proposals, staffing projections and monthly tracking.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Leading the SE development activities within UTMD program, including algorithm development, requirements, simulations, mission plans, customer briefings, integration and test plans, and integration and test reports.
+ Managing the execution and delivery of all SE work products to ensure technical, schedule, and cost expectations of the program are met.
+ Determining the allocation of personnel within the team and working with other functional leads in support of multidisciplinary agile development

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
+ Experience leading a technical team
+ Experience in managing cost, schedule, or technical performance for programs

As a member of the regional sales team, the Territory Manager will be responsible leading the strategy within an assigned territory to accomplish planned objectives as to sales volume, market penetration, and profitability while ensuring alignment and collaboration across the team and with sales leadership. + Provides sales support, clinical in-services, training, and guidance to current or potential customers.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Associates Degree or technical certification; preferred Bachelor's Degree.
+ 1 - 2 years' work experience, strong preference collaborating with patients in clinical setting.
+ The ability to communicate, understand and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
+ Strong clinical skills.
+ Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization.
+ Capable of building strong working relationships with internal/external customers.
+ Capable of working unpredictable schedule that may occasionally change on short notice due to operating room schedule changes and or delays.

+ 1-3 years' experience with Abbott, or in similar spinal cord stimulation (SCS) setting or with another implantable medical device company.
