**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Manager of PDP Art Direction is responsible for the on-set capture and execution of the final image and file preparation for Calvin Klein e-commerce product photography according to our creative standards. You are the point person for creating and communicating product photography image standards and guidelines related to lighting, posing, processing, cropping, editing and set design. Evolving these guidelines as needed and ensuring an elevated and desirable image output.
A key responsibility includes proper image preparation, markups and the passing of final approved image edits to the post-production team for retouching and adhering to schedules accordingly. Responsible for the ongoing direction for e-commerce product imagery and studio marketing assets under the guidance of the global Creative team. Ability to work independently at times as well as cross functionally with the styling team to maintain consistency in web imagery through to the final customer-facing image.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:**
- Be the lead creative on-set working closely with photographers and stylists to ensure image selects
follow the standards of model posing, modal attitude, crops, image sequence, and photo set
environment.
- Provide editing feedback for each session, choosing hero and alternate images, conveying postproduction
markups, lighting, and processing adjustments, and reshoots to applicable team
members via the feedback process and post production platforms.
- Communicate final edit handover to retouching team and maintain a strong working relationship with post-production to resolve any issues.
- Work with producers, stylists, photographers and digital techs on daily workflow challenges and
priorities to ensure the images are delivered by deadlines and met daily shot counts.
- Review contact sheets of each shoot for styling feedback and edits, and provide new image options
or solutions if needed.
- Create and contribute to in-depth guidelines for E-commerce standards as applied to lighting, set
design, color processing, image sizing, and cropping.
- Work collaboratively with SVP of Global Creative, Art Director and Photographers to develop new
concepts and ideas related to lighting, background choices, color processing, cropping and
equipment needs for both flat and on-figure imagery on a seasonal or as-needed basis.
- Continuously develop knowledge regarding new design trends, innovation in the creative field,
customer experiences and technology.
- Participate in the direction and execution of studio-based editorial marketing image creation as
needed.
- Identify talent and develop leadership amongst digital techs and freelance teams.
- Maintain workflow to adhere to weekly/seasonal deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years professional experience with creative design
- Leading an on-set team a must
- Proven experience in a high volume, demanding e-commerce environment
- Expert knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), Figma, Excel and
knowledge of shooting in studio and on location.
- Understanding of the latest lighting equipment, digital photography equipment, and applicable image processing
programs.
- In-house and fashion experience, a plus
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing or related concentration preferred.

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. **Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing or related discipline or applicable work experience.
+ Six years of experience in technical writing in the government sector.
+ Active Secret Clearance required.
+ Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smart Sheets, and Visio) and other content delivery tools.
+ Expertise in assessing technical information and writing content suited to wide audiences.
+ Advanced knowledge in technical communication, including various reports, presentations and/or academic practices and standards.
+ Knowledge of the end-to-end documentation process, from intake to printed and electronic output and distribution.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. **Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides and manuals and technical publications

**Qualifications:**

Your excellent communications skills will be necessary to craft the customer's message/requirements and coordinate across the enterprise. This position is responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Technical Writer area of responsibility. You will use your technical writing experience to prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents. You will be responsible for the technical documentation of a wide variety of internal processes and productions activities to include work instructions, standard operating procedures, production processes, security handing procedures, and governance documents as well as quality assurance activities and training materials. You will work in a small team environment that also supports configuration management activities and documentation oversight functions. You will be responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation. You will write and edit technical documentation for the project's hardware and software to include installation, configuration, and how-to documentation. In addition, you will create code documentation for software; produces implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; provides field, data definition, and data flow documentation and formats technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel and other available resources.
**Here's what you'll do:**
· Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides and manuals and technical publications.
· Understand basic concepts (to include basic grammar concepts), responsible for writing technical copy for various types of documents.
· Gather technical information, prepares written text.
· Maintain a current internal documentation library.
· Use multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio etc.
· Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides and manuals and technical publications.
· Work with developers to produce quality documentation and training materials.
· Work on all phases of documentation.
· Understand basic concepts and write technical copy for various types of documents for a program/project of similar complexity.
· Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.
