The Role*
The Platform Design and Research team at Coinbase plays a critical role in executing our vision to create more economic freedom for the world. This team is at the center of execution for products across the entirety of the company. We're building the most secure, trusted, and easiest-to-use cryptocurrency products for millions of people just getting started with crypto, as well as long-standing loyal customers with advanced knowledge of the cryptocurrency space.
As a Sr. Staff Product Designer, you will contribute to our mission, vision, and strategy through a deep understanding of customer and business needs. You will develop optimal user journeys to help our customers understand how to use cryptocurrency and complete their tasks with ease and confidence. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional (XFN) teams to build simple, easy-to-use experiences that express the Coinbase brand and values.

**Job Description**
Our award-winning urban design, landscape architecture, and planning practice is seeking **Urban Designer or Landscape Architecture Design Leader** who has a passion for working on complex civic-focused projects. This role is to be based in **Cleveland or Columbus, OH** .
A key quality of a candidate will be their ability to bring design leadership and foster a culture of design to an established design practice and a diverse set of internal and external collaborators. The successful candidate will work on local projects as we as well as projects in other locales across the country. **About the Role**
PSI Services, a global leader in workforce management solutions and delivery of testing programs, is currently seeking to establish an ongoing relationship with independent contractors to support our item and test development review activities for a high-stakes nationally administered high school equivalency assessment (HiSET). The review process involves reviewing sets of independent or discrete multiple-choice items, as well as stimulus passages, images, and other input materials with dependent multiple-choice items. Content development centers around stimulus passage and item writing and curriculum and resource development.
We have an immediate need for experienced and qualified reviewers to review, improve, and/or enhance test items to prepare them for publication for HiSET practice and operational tests within the conditions, timeframes, and arrangements set by PSI. We are looking for strong subject matter experts to review content for the English language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science domains. Future work may include curriculum development that aligns with HiSET standards and supports test preparation. This work will be completed remotely and is expected to begin in 2026. Recruited contractors will be approached for their availability, and the level of work required will vary depending on internal requirements. Successful applicants may be required to attend a paid remote training session prior to beginning review processes.
  **Role Responsibilities**
+ Review and update assessment items and explanations with attention to:
+ external standards, such as College and Career Readiness Standards for Adult Education, and Next Generation Science Standards
+ quality control of test items
+ style and format
+ fact-checking
+ consistency of terminology
+ exam-specific criteria
+ principles of good question construction
+ clarity
+ clarification of content issues
+ evaluation of edits/comments and flawed items in a timely manner
+ Help resolve reviewer and client feedback on test items and test forms
+ Assist with test construction activities
+ Ensure the items and forms meet the test blueprints and standards as required and that newly developed items are free of bias
+ Collaborate with the curriculum and academic team to develop a curriculum that supports test takers and adult educators
+ Be a qualified and licensed teacher with at least 5 years of experience teaching at the K-12 or adult education levels, specifically in the following subject areas:
+ Mathematics
+ Science
+ Social Studies
+ Reading
+ Writing
+ Have demonstrable experience with item writing, reviewing, and editing exam-like questions for high school or adult education students and/or curriculum development for K-16 education

+ Excellent proofreading skills and strong attention to detail
