**Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Creative Partnership**
+ Serve as the VP's creative extension, maintaining complete situational awareness of all campaigns and departmental creative initiatives to support the VP's cross-campaign and departmental responsibilities
+ Act as the VP's strategic creative support in reviews, brainstorms, and strategic discussions, contributing informed creative perspective across multiple campaigns

**Campaign Support & Creative Development**
+ Read scripts and create concise coverage summaries to inform creative strategy and campaign development across multiple campaign portfolios
+ Support creative kick-offs and planning sessions for campaigns, building presentation decks and capturing next steps to drive projects forward
+ Support the VP on creative campaigns, contributing ideas and creative expertise while ensuring smooth execution across multiple campaigns
+ Stay in active contact with the VP as creative priorities, department needs and campaign timelines shift day-to-day, enabling the VP to balance campaign and departmental responsibilities
**Creative Project Support**
+ Support creative projects across 360 campaigns, collaborating with creative teams from concept through delivery
+ Assist in managing creative assets for campaigns including unit photography, visual development art, special shoots, and stock materials
+ Work alongside the VP and supporting directors to facilitate creative approvals from legal, clearance, talent reps, and stakeholders
+ Support creative consistency and brand standards across all campaign materials
**Campaign Coordination & Creative Workflow**
+ Create and track updates and status of all creative projects to keep VP informed of upcoming deadlines (e.g., using Airtable)
+ Build creative presentation materials using Keynote for campaign reviews and stakeholder meetings
+ Coordinate creative kick-offs and planning sessions with stakeholders
+ Assist with project coordination of department-wide projects (e.g., CinemaCon, Comicon, D23)
+ Collaborate with directors supporting VP to ensure campaigns stay on time and on budget throughout the creative process
+ Manages and liaises with all vendors and outside agencies working on creative assets and communicates notes and needs between vendors and Creative Executives
+ Organize and store all creative versions, layouts, and files from vendors and partners for campaigns
+ Process invoices and handle creative budget tracking and payment coordination
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in creative advertising, entertainment marketing or related industry

The hiring range for this position in California is $94,200.00 to $126,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. **Overview**
**THE ROLE:**
The Director of Brand, Creative & Marketing Operations reports to the VP of North America Marketing and supports regional business goals by leading brand, creative and marketing operations team for North America. This key position will manage the ongoing development of brand and creative strategy while leading content development and marketing resource allocation to support marketing initiatives for regional and corporate stakeholders across Sales, Events, Marketing and Operations departments. This role will collaborate with other Marketing stakeholders, cross-functional regional partners and other corporate teams. Additionally, this role is also responsible for establishing and enforcing best practices for content management, creative project and resource management in order to support business needs, service regional stakeholders while ensuring our digital tools, online materials and websites are on brand and in compliance with regulatory agencies. This position oversees the Brand, Creative, Content, and Marketing Operations with Project Management teams (content strategists, designers, photo and video staff, writers, translators, copyeditors, production artists, project managers, creative operations) located in Torrance and Guadalajara. This position will serve as a liaison to the corporate GBS Creative and Project Management teams in assessing regional resource capacity and managing respective budget to support regional outsourcing needs.
**HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:**
- Lead regional creative project planning, manage staff-project allocation for NAM Creative leveraging Content Management and Project Management resources, establish the SOP for external creative partners management, and establish and adhere to budget guidelines for video, photography and contingent creative agencies.
- Determine the editorial voice for the North America region, determine content strategy and creative direction for marketing initiatives and campaigns, and ensure messaging and translations across all marketing & communication channels are optimized to provide an Industry-leading experience for Distributors, Preferred Members and Customers.
- Partner with NAM Sales, Marketing, Events, Operations and other regional/corporate teams to successfully activate ongoing and new business programs and promotions in the NAM region to drive sales growth. Establish and enforce content management best practices for company websites and digital asset management to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Work with the design and creative teams to ensure the best creative and production solutions and innovative methods of production are sought to deliver flawless execution.
- Oversee, manage and stay on top of emerging video and digital technologies and platforms to assure quality and cutting-edge content creation production and digital asset management. This includes management of external or third-party vendors required to update systems.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing team and Regional DO on the search engine optimization strategy for NAM Distributor and Preferred Member websites.
- Support the ongoing development of marketing journeys and campaigns for the DS and CS initiatives by collaborating with DS Marketing and CS Marketing leads.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to identify opportunities to develop outside support for core projects and manage demand overflow.
- Evaluate and implement new creative marketing strategies and technologies that support market innovation, as well as identify opportunities for process efficiencies and workflow enhancements.
- Establish SOPs for Marketing Operations and ensure compliance with Project Management guidelines to be followed by all Project Managers across Marketing, Sales, and Events functions.
- Secure proper allocation of Marketing Operations resources (Creative, Content, Project Management) across teams based in Torrance and Guadalajara to support Marketing and other regional stakeholders needs.
- Direct teams in the application of market knowledge and campaign analytics to enhance marketing initiatives and content development.

Role Purpose:
A junior creative that will support the team in editing, writing and producing on-air promotional spots, trailers, longform video content, social media content, and other materials as part of marketing campaigns across Versant's brands including USA, SYFY, E! and Oxygen True Crime.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the organization, tracking, and archiving of digital media assets across brands
+ Assist creative directors, project managers, producers, graphic designers, finishing teams, audio mixers, and other departments across the organization to shepherd projects through the entire production process.
