Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling for shoots and styling sessions.
- Manage comprehensive production logistics including talent booking, location scouting, equipment, crew coordination, and permitting.
- Produce and oversee photo and video shoots ensuring all content meets high standards of quality, creativity, and consistency.
- Maintain budgets and provide regular financial reporting to internal stakeholders.

Job Description
The Creative Strategy and Integration team is part of Visual Storytelling and is responsible for the strategic creative vision and execution plan for ESPN Creative Studio's portfolio of work. We also create and optimize new and innovative workflows across digital, streaming, broadcast and marketing. The Creative Producer builds and oversees strategy and workflow for large-scale broadcast seasonal and new projects as well as marketing campaigns.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work with Senior Manager and other stakeholders to set creative strategy and execution plan for season-long identity graphics projects.
+ Work with creative leads and Strategy stakeholders to develop strong, streamlined workflows for asset production.
+ Produce transition plans for Visual Storytelling's adoption of new tools, and help sunset dated workflows and software.

**Basic Qualifications:**

**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program/project management, marketing, design, or related field.
+ 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, with significant experience in creative, marketing, or experiential environments.
+ Proven track record of leading high-profile, multi-disciplinary creative programs from concept through delivery.
+ Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect creative execution to business objectives.
+ Deep knowledge of creative processes (design, content, experiential, or production) and their interdependencies.
+ Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
+ Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Proficient in Google Drive, Slack and/or Microsoft 365.
+ Experience with creative project management tools (i.e. Asana, Airtable, Workfront, etc.)
