**What We Need:**
We are seeking a prolific idea generator and creator of station imaging and promotions for WOR and iHeart Radio Broadway.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Responsibilities include producing audio, writing scripts, managing and archiving audio assets, loading audio for playback, collaborating with members of other programming/promotional/production/sales teams to ensure the highest level of quality possible is delivered on a consistent basis.
+ Creates radio advertising and station promotions.
+ Partners with On-Air Talent in the production and writing.
+ Works with voice talent to record and edit daily and weekly long and short form programming.

**What You'll Need:**

+ Keen attention to detail and a good design eye.

**Responsibilities**
**Production**
+ Leads and manages the production department that supports creative teams across strategy, creative, visual design, customer stories, and other creative disciplines.
+ Defines and implements production processes, workflows, and standards.
+ Oversees the execution of all creative assets (video, digital, social, experiential, etc.).

+ Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team, creative strategy, and other disciplines to design and implement end-to-end content workflows that integrate AI from ideation to publishing for organic and campaign content.
+ Partner with brand, legal, engineering, and creative leads to define governance, content standards, and AI workflows that ensure compliance and quality.
+ Develop systems for creative leads and AI Agents that harness social listening, search trends, and performance signals into upstream content strategy and live iteration.
**Strategic Planning**
+ Partners with creative and strategy leads to align production with priority marketing initiatives.
+ Translates creative concepts into executable production plans.
+ Forecasts production needs based on pipeline and upcoming priority marketing initiatives.
**Quality Control & Delivery**
+ Ensures all deliverables meet creative, technical, and brand standards.
+ Oversees quality assurance processes and final asset delivery.
+ Manages versioning, localization, and platform-specific requirements
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work closely with Project Management Office (PMO), project managers, and account teams to align on timelines and deliverables.

**Budget, Resourcing, and Agency Management**

**What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment**
+ Work closely with the Sr. Creative Content Manager to divide and conquer all restaurant and retail content creation needs. Including, but not limited to photo shoots, video shoots and retouching.
+ Supervisory role to our in-house photography team, consisting of two photographers.
+ Planning/Pre-production:
+ Develop and manage yearly photo shoot calendar.
+ Collaborate with studio and cross functional teams to ensure all resources are scheduled and expectations are clearly communicated related to shoot details. (i.e. studio and kitchen space scheduled, culinary support team notified, etc.)
+ Work with external freelance crew of stylists, digital techs, VFX, photographers (on occasion), etc. to schedule and confirm shoot details.
+ Coordinate photo shoot needs with external advertising team and advertising agency for larger shoots.
+ Work with Asset Management Specialist to coordinate any production assistant needs for shoots: inclusive of shoot day meals, prop or equipment rentals, etc.
+ Build out shot lists based on project input, digital OLO needs, cross functional team, external advertising team and advertising agency needs. Route for reviews/approvals and build shoot schedules ahead of pre-production meetings.
+ Schedule and lead culinary alignment calls and pre-production meetings ahead of shoots.
+ Shoot Oversight/Production Support:
+ Responsible for keeping shoots on task and on schedule.
+ Responsible for ensuring appropriate on-set collaboration and reviews are taking place. Inclusive of Photographer, Designer, Culinary support team, Project Manager, Director, and others as required.
+ Responsible for taking retouching notes on-set to ensure a seamless post-production process
+ Work with Asset Management Specialist to build retouching deck and keep updated in real time during shoots.
+ Post-Production:
+ Work closely with Sr. Creative Content Manager to assign retouching to Designers post-shoot.
+ Work with Asset Management Specialist to manage and ensure all assets are edited/retouched (reviewed and approved), finalized, stored, and tagged in our DAM system.
+ Additional Duties:
+ Help improve/define a photo shoot process for retail lifestyle and retail product shoots
+ Work with studio and retail teams to define our studio set needs (i.e. kitchen, living room, bedroom sets).
+ Continuously work/network to expand our freelance pool for shoot needs.
+ Additional duties as required.
Experience and Education:
+ College degree and 7+ years of experience in a relevant position.
+ Must have a proven level of Producer experience or advanced knowledge of the photo shoot process.
+ Advertising agency experience, a plus
+ Management/Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
+ Experience working with contracts, licensing, permissions and usage rights.
+ Ability to self-manage
+ Can-do mindset, self-driven, proactive, and positive attitudes a must
+ Ability to articulate clear creative critique
