Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Creative Specialist will serve as a creative and strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing high-impact brand visuals, multimedia storytelling, and content strategies that elevate the JBPCO corporate brand and its subsidiaries. We are seeking a well-rounded creative professional with deep experience in brand development, a strong portfolio of design and multimedia work, and the ability to build content strategies aligned with business outcomes. You will lead the creation of brand-defining assets while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across our enterprise.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of high-quality creative content, including print collateral, digital assets, video, photography, presentations, and web graphics.
- Translate marketing goals into compelling visual concepts that support brand identity, sales enablement, executive storytelling, and strategic initiatives.
- Direct and produce photography and videography projects (planning, shooting, editing) that showcase products, people, facilities, and customer stories.
- Drive the content strategy for the JBPCO corporate brand and support campaigns for select business units; collaborate with BU teams to ensure alignment.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI) to enhance design workflows, generate initial drafts, and scale content development-while applying strong human oversight to maintain brand consistency and quality.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards for corporate and smaller BU audiences.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse set of projects with minimal supervision, often working simultaneously across departments.
- Maintain a pulse on emerging design, video, and AI trends, introducing relevant innovations that improve output and efficiency.
- Manage social media storytelling through creative visuals and video for JBPCO and select business units.
- Present creative concepts to senior leaders and stakeholders and incorporate feedback with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Marketing, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in a hybrid creative/strategic role across B2B or manufacturing sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and photography/videography equipment and editing.
- Demonstrated success in brand development and delivering high-impact creative campaigns.
- Experience building and executing strategic content plans tied to measurable business objectives.
- Proven ability to utilize generative AI tools for design, content creation, and workflow acceleration.
- Strong understanding Microsoft Suite tools including PowerPoint Presentations, Microsoft Excel and more.
- Skilled at managing complex project timelines with a balance of creative execution and strategic clarity.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or industrial sectors.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or Sitecore.
- Familiarity with social media strategy and basic analytics tools.
- Comfort working with executive leadership and presenting creative work to senior audiences.
- Ability to travel 10-20% to our business units and trade shows.
