+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
+ A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
+ Experience working with both in-house and agency teams is highly preferred.
+ Software Proficiency:
+ Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
+ Familiarity with motion/animation programs like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
+ Experience using project management and team collaboration tools like Asana, Slack, Monday.com, or Trello.
+ A background in user experience (UX) design or familiarity with web platforms like WordPress or Figma is a big plus.
+ Industry Expertise:
+ Strong understanding of digital-first campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website design trends.
+ Knowledge of video production and storytelling techniques to enhance brand identity and outreach.

**_Role Overview:_**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director to join our team to lead our Brand Design and Creative Services team. As we embark on a brand and consumer-first marketing transformation, this role will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts and in redefining McAfee to consumers. This role reports to the CMO.
This is a Hybrid position located in either San Jose, CA or Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the two locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role:
+ Own McAfee's visual identity, partnering with Brand Marketing to translate our brand promise to consumers into a powerful core logo and overall design system
+ Ensure that our design framework and architecture is comprehensive and cohesive to enable activation across all touchpoints both consistently and uniquely based on the audience/platform
+ Develop award-winning creative campaigns for McAfee with internal teams and agency partners, bringing the brand to life in new and powerful ways to our consumers
+ Develop 360° upper funnel, mid funnel, and lower funnel video and digital marketing campaigns, considering stakeholder briefs and insights
+ Tailor team structure and strategy to an understanding of format and functional needs to drive the greatest impact across a variety of marketing channels and audiences, encompassing social, communications, email, campaign and partner needs
+ Build and nurture a team of diverse designers (graphic, production, motion, etc.) and video producers who can bring the brand and stakeholder vision and strategy to life
+ Act as a brand steward to ensure our design identity is properly understood and implemented across and outside of the organization- including existing and prospective employee branding, across our partner ecosystem, and throughout our communication channels
+ Demonstrate thought leadership and early adoption of AI and other efficiency tools to enable greater productivity and more agile and expansive testing and optimization
+ Balance a design led point of view with the flexibility to deliver against stakeholder needs that may require creative solutions
+ Prioritize design resourcing and initiatives based on impact to the business, consistently testing and revising as core organization prioritize shift
About You:
+ 10+ years leading powerful creative campaigns and design teams
+ Deep experience in creative strategy, creative direction, concept development and execution across upper, mid and lower funnel campaigns
+ Ability to direct photography and video shoots, with prior onsite and post-production experience.
+ Growth mindset eager to embrace new tools and platforms to enable a strategy vs. production-oriented team culture and operating mode
+ Experience managing creative agency partners and freelancers to ramp up and down based on seasonality and campaign cycles

We're looking for a Creative Director to join the Creative and Marketing team at Snap Inc. As a member of the Creative and Marketing team, you will be instrumental in building the Snapchat brand, and crafting best-in-class marketing materials for a wide range of audiences that help celebrate our latest products, features and company developments.

What You'll Do:
+ Spearhead the creation of our brand's voice and guide a team of creatives in its implementation across the company, encompassing B2B, consumer, and AR audiences.
+ Lead a team of creatives, mentoring them to think strategically and develop creative concepts that align with brand and business objectives.
+ Ensure teams are proactively pitching new ideas that can deliver on business objectives.
+ Create and deliver a combined strategy with key cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Set stretch goals and objectives, pushing individuals and teams to perform at higher levels by utilizing performance metrics to drive more impact.
+ You and your team will craft strong creative solutions that efficiently and accurately represent new products, features, and company developments to the world.
+ As the owner of your craft drive both individually and through your team consumer and business copywriter projects.
+ Drive and ensure the use of Snapchat creative tools to create and modify existing and new content for cross-channel usage.
+ Lead and / or participate in brainstorms for content, channel strategy and media planning.
+ Own and execute in collaboration with others the workload pipeline planning, logistics and budget conversations.
+ Negotiates skillfully and creates minimal noise when working toward an agreed-upon solution with stakeholders and across the organization.
+ Creates pipelines of talent for the future from both internal and external talent pools.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Creative agency or brand marketing experience.
+ Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) ( :
The base salary range for this position is $303,000-$55,000 annually.
Zone B ( :
The base salary range for this position is 288,000- 432,000 annually.
Zone C ( :
The base salary range for this position is 258,000- 387,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
