Requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ 8+ years driving compelling creative strategy and execution within an agency or in-house creative team.
+ Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Design, or equivalent professional experience.
+ Proven track record of leading innovative creative and technology-driven initiatives.
+ Strong online portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and innovation (required).

+ Experience leading creative development from concept through delivery.
+ Background managing internal creative teams as well as external agencies and freelancers.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
