Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic and assessment evaluations with clients and their families; write bio-psychosocial reports to address diagnosis and patient placement criteria with guidance and oversight as required.
- Plan and implement treatment for clients with guidance and oversight as required.
- Conduct admissions and discharges.
- Develop Master Treatment Plans (MTP) and determine continuing care plans with guidance and oversight as required.
- Provide individual, family and group counseling and rehabilitation services to clients and their families (all levels, including advanced or specialized therapy skills). Clinical functions determined by individual training, experience and assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Facilitate skills and educational groups as required by the program.
- Must have a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and must be eligible and obtain CADC certification or licensure within two (2) years' of hire date.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance and be insurable (when applicable).
- Requires basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and an electronic medical record (EMR).
- Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.

- Works closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Solves complex technical problems. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives in support of enterprise-wide business intelligence.
- Builds an effective team and directs the work of the project team to meet project milestones. Develops standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence documentation, tools, and systems. Develops data/information quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts.

- Research new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions. Participate in special projects as required.
- Have 12+ years of project management experience with leading large and complex database management systems, business intelligence tools and systems.
