A little bit about our team:
The mission of the Warner Records Artist Marketing team is to drive fandom, music consumption, D2C purchases, and social conversation/engagement using innovative digital marketing strategies. The team is responsible for all aspects of an artist's overall marketing presence, including digital narrative development, digital advertising, social content ideation, influencer campaigns, digital advertising, CRM, social/digital partner activations, content seeding, websites, etc. We work directly with the artists to translate the vision of their music into groundbreaking campaigns and provide in-depth creative consulting geared toward growing a highly engaged fanbase.
Your role:
The Coordinator of digital marketing will play a vital role on the established artist marketing team, working with some of the most iconic artists in the world. In this role, you will use viral and digital marketing to activate current and future fans to drive overall awareness, sales, and streaming consumption. You will also help create cutting-edge short-form content for artists' social media around campaign rollouts. The Virginia Zoo, founded in 1901, is located in Norfolk, VA and is home to more than 700 animals representing over 150 species. It resides on 53 acres and is mostly outdoors with an indoor World of Reptiles exhibit, 3 classrooms, and an indoor restaurant and gift shop.
The Digital & Marketing Specialist at the Virginia Zoo contributes to the success of marketing campaigns and visual collateral needs. D&M Specialists partner and support various Zoo departments to effectively communicate the mission of the Virginia Zoo to its audience.
This is a full time, non-exempt position. This position reports to the Director of Communications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Public Relations
- Write press releases as instructed by the Director of Communication.
- Outreach to media outlets, organizations, associations, and interest groups to obtain media highlights for Virginia Zoo.
- Assist in identifying community partners for photo shoots, editorials, and promotional work.
- Scan monthly zoo and aquarium publications for Virginia Zoo mentions for Marketing updates.
- Respond to incoming media related inquires.
- Act as representative and spokesperson in various media channels as assigned by the Director of Communications.
- Monitor and update Zoo content on the website to include all areas of the Zoo (including education, events, programs, animal information and horticulture).
- Assist in maintaining all Zoo social media accounts.
- Assist with editing and maintaining editorial calendars, media databases and community calendars.
- Research and write blog posts for all Zoo departments.
- Manage and create email newsletters and promotions
- Manage Zoo's general email account.
- Write promotional copy for collateral including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, and ads, to be approved by the Director of Communication.
- Help create and write content for quarterly member newsletter, covering Zoo news and important industry topics.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and in adherence with budget. This role serves as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead project planning, scoping, scheduling, and resource coordination across multiple initiatives
+ Define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
+ Track and manage project milestones, timelines, risks, and budgets using appropriate tools

+ Track project delivery and performance to assigned measures and dashboards
+ Document and manage JIRA tickets, including gathering and defining requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field) or related experience
**Required:**
+ 5+ years of project management experience
+ 3+ years of proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Asana
+ 3+ years of experience with digital, IT, or healthcare-related projects
+ 3+ years of experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
**Preferred:**
+ PMP Certification or Agile certification
+ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across cross-functional teams

As a Marketing Data Analyst on Mattel Games Studios' Growth Marketing team, you'll leverage advanced analytics to drive growth across our digital gaming portfolio. You’ll build data pipelines, intuitive dashboards, and conduct statistical analyses to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. Collaborating closely with marketing managers, data engineers, product managers, and creatives, you'll inform strategic decisions on channel spend, creative optimization, and player lifecycle management, while navigating privacy-centric frameworks like SKAdNetwork and Privacy Sandbox. This role offers a proactive analyst the opportunity to directly shape impactful business outcomes in a dynamic environment.
What Your Impact Will Be:

Analyze large-scale marketing performance datasets, providing weekly insights on channel efficiency and optimization levers.

Develop and maintain marketing analytics dashboards, ensuring consistency in cohort reporting, LTV curves, and ROAS calculations.

Perform data reconciliation from various sources such as our MMP, Firebase, SKAdNetwork, and App Store Consoles to ensure data accuracy.
