Job Summary

In lieu of Bachelor's: 5 years of experience in a lead/supervisory role OR 7+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle accounts receibable for a large hospital or health system

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location begins at $55,500 during training , plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their total compensation to $3,250 ( 57,500 base, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) within their 1st year upon obtaining the required Licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases.

**Required qualifications**  
+ Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program (SSA), followed by a hybrid work schedule. 
+ Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability.

+ Previous customer service experience  
+ Previous client relationship experience  
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university

Financial Services, Collector
**What does a Financial Services Collections Associate do at Fiserv?**
+ You will be responsible for the collection, via inbound and outbound dialing of unpaid merchant debt in a call center environment.
+ Assign merchant debt inventory and be held accountable for collection performance based on departmental assigned targets.
+ Collect accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and internal performance standards so as to achieve a pre-set goal objective.
+ Utilize skip-tracing tools to obtain up-to-date customer information.
+ Provide daily coverage of all accounts until payment arrangements have been made.
+ Detail all discussions and actions in collections system or database.
+ Multitask and navigate quickly through varies systems.
**What you will need to have:**
+ High school graduate/GED
+ Minimum of 1 year collections and/or customer service experience.
+ Prior experience working in a call center
**What would be great to have:**
+ Commercial Collections (B2B) experience
+ Knowledge of applicable regulations
+ Demonstrated skip tracing skills and ability
