As a member of the Critical Care Response Transport Team, the Registered Nurse provides patient assessment, critical nursing care, and transport services to patients. The Nurse is responsible for supervising patient care, treatment, and assessment during transport. Duties include providing excellent patient care, safe lifting and transferring of patients, operating emergency vehicles safely, adhering to company policies, completing documentation, responding to dispatch instructions, maintaining safety standards, participating in continuing education, keeping vehicles and stations clean, maintaining equipment and supplies, communicating effectively, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Wages:

24-hour shifts required.

This is an hourly position. The wage range is $1.91- 70.44 per hour, determined by the length of licensure. Based on a standard 48-hour work week, the estimated annual compensation ranges from 140,000 to 190,000. Shifts are generally 24 hours in duration; therefore, full-time schedules include overtime compensation in accordance with applicable labor laws.

12 Hour Shifts:

This is an hourly position. Wage range is 61.25- 83.12 per hour, determined by the length of licensure. The expected hours worked per a two-week pay period would typically be 84 hours. The estimated annual compensation ranges from 140,000 to 190,000. Shifts are generally 12 hours in duration; therefore, full-time schedules include overtime compensation in accordance with applicable labor laws.

Assesses patient's needs for nursing care, assures continuity of care through appropriate discharge planning, patient education and coordination of services, and acts as a patient and family advocate. Demonstrates and models the full range of nursing professional practice in both patient care provided and in development of strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and cost effectiveness at the unit level.

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements:**

+ Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited nursing program

+ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to the State of Texas

+ Basic Life Support (BLS)

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or obtained within 90 days of hire date

+ Minimum one (1) year of RN experience

+ _Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements._

**Where You'll Work**

**$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULL TIME positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience. This is paid out in one lump sum in the paycheck after you've been employed by us for 30 days (contingent on meeting the requirements.)**

Located just off Highway 59 south, the 66-bed hospital in Livingston provides more than 60,000 patient services each year, with half of those services being offered in the Level 4 Trauma-Designated Emergency Department. Services offered include, Orthopedic care, Women's Services, and a state-of-the-art Sleep Center. Imaging services include MRI, CT scan, nuclear medicine scans, 4D Ultrasound, cardiac echocardiograms, fluoroscopy, bone density scanning and 3D mammography.
