**A Day in the Life**
Medtronic is looking for a dynamic, motivated Communications senior specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) operating unit. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by managing internal and external communications projects, collaborating with a team dedicated to employee and executive communications, and building relationships with strategic partners across the global operating unit, the Cardiovascular Portfolio, and the broader Global Communications and Corporate Marketing function. This role reports to the Senior Director of Communications for the CRM operating unit.

Role and responsibilities:
· Drives, implements and evolves internal communications programs and initiatives in collaboration with the Cardiac Rhythm Management Operating Unit communications team.
· Directly manages communications activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization's reputation, externally and internally, while driving employee engagement.
· Digital content and publishing expert that supports production of employee SharePoint site, executing web content design and visual asset creation, design, and static content updates. Drives site editorial calendar including identifying, sourcing, writing and editing stories, and develops/maintains the site's analytics and performance reports.
· Manages email campaigns and related performance metrics reporting.
· Drives employee engagement through hybrid global meetings, including administering real-time meeting production schedules, producing meetings in real time, managing apps, and drafting executive pre- and post-meeting messages.
· Manages content and governance for employee videowall, including editorial calendar and implementation software.
· Advances company narratives through the news media and digital channels to reach other external audiences as defined, which may involve the strategic conceptualization and execution of creative (PR and digital/social) campaigns.
· Handles the creation and implementation of multiple forms of strategic communication activities, programs and content guided by the Medtronic Mission and overall business strategy.
· Gathers metrics and incorporates feedback on communications programs, and implements changes based on key findings that increase effectiveness.
**Must Have:**
· Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Communications experience in either a corporate environment or agency, OR advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
· Strong written and interpersonal communications skills, impeccable attention to detail
· Solid project- and time-management skills, including developing/administering project timelines
· Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and shift focus adeptly
· Overall tech savvy-ness and experience with Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis in PowerPoint; experience with internal communications platforms such as TEAMs, Viva Engage, and Sharepoint; customer relationship management systems experience (Eloqua, Salesforce) also a plus.

Reporting to the Engagement & Retention Manager, the CRM Specialist will be responsible for the strategy, coordination and execution of CRM activities. You will be working on an end-to-end delivery; from capturing campaign requirements to planning, developing, QA’ing and launching CRM campaigns and multi-channel communication journeys. The CRM Specialist - Junior Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the VP, Director of CRM & Corporate Intelligence. This role involves planning, developing, and executing essential administrative functions within CRM platforms such as Salesforce for all Hilco OPCO companies and businesses. Effective collaboration within a team environment is required, involving the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Global Business Development Operations, SVP, Marketing, VP, Director of CRM and Corporate Intelligence, as well as other firms and divisions as necessary. This position combines CRM system administration, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to promote business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Junior Salesforce Administration:
• Perform day-to-day maintenance of CRM and related platforms, including user account management, role assignments, and permission settings.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business objectives.
Implement automations within CRM platforms, such as creating flows, validation rules, and email alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Oversee data imports/exports, ensuring data integrity through cleansing, de-duplication, and validation.
• Document processes, updates, and configurations to maintain an accurate knowledge base.
Project Management:
• Support the long-term CRM roadmap, focusing on the business KPI's, adoption, and engagement.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing to identify and execute use case solutions and targeted go-to-market campaigns.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine CRM workflows and implement best practices.
Data Quality and Reporting:
• Ensure consistent data quality through routine QA processes, including regular audits, cleansing, and standardization.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track adoption, engagement, and campaign performance metrics.
• Use Power BI and Excel to analyze data and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
• Assist, monitor and manage corporate intelligence tools, such as Pitchbook, CapitalIQ, and Debtwire, etc. to support business research efforts.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies align with organizational goals.
• Train users on CRM functionalities, including Salesforce, mobile apps, and add-ons, to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
• Communicate updates, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
System Enhancements and Process Improvement:
• Collaborate with the VP, Director of CRM, and vendor to implement system enhancements based on feedback and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and introduce automation to improve efficiency.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, applying updates to the platform.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM) in an administrative or campaign support role.
• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce administration (e.g., creating users, reports, workflows, and automation).
• Experience with Salesforce APEX code is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. • Hands-on experience with data tools, including imports/exports, quality, and automations.

In compliance with the New York & Illinois Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role in Illinois is between $80,000-$90,000. This salary range does not include discretionary bonus or other forms of compensation or benefits which are offered in connection with this job. Several factors are considered when determining a candidate's compensation. Please note that the salary range listed for this position is based on the level of experience outlined in the job description. If a candidate's experience differs from the requirements, the salary may be adjusted accordingly.

The Role
As a CRM Specialist at Air Apps, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing campaigns . You will work on drip marketing, segmentation, automation, and lead nurturing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Cosm is seeking CRM Specialist, Venue Marketing to drive revenue growth for Cosm venues through strategic campaign management and data-driven marketing automation. This role combines hands-on campaign execution in Braze and Salesforce with deep CRM optimization, supporting both B2C ticket sales and group/private event bookings. Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize Braze-powered campaigns to drive ticket sales and attendance for events at Cosm venues
- Collaborate directly with the venue sales team to build out and automate email campaigns within Braze and Salesforce, supporting venue sales lead nurturing and conversion efforts for group sales and private events
- Analyze customer data to create audience segments and deploy impactful email and digital ticket and group sales campaigns
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution in CRM platforms, including messaging, HTML, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis, focusing on repeat visits, retention and LTV
- Monitor key CRM metrics, provide actionable insights, and continually optimize Braze and Salesforce for automation, efficiency and data hygiene
- Manage and remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources to consistently improve Salesforce, Triple Seat, and proprietary systems
- Create, implement, and oversee all data input and management processes to track sales opportunities, lapsed attendees, and overall consumer pipeline
