The CRM Solutions Developer is part of an agile development team, working on the deployment, customization and integration of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the enterprise. Activities include requirements reviews, design reviews, estimating work, programming to specifications and guidelines, unit testing, and daily status reporting.
Role and Responsibilities:
Level 1 - Performs job functions under close supervision or peer review

- Design, maintain, develop, and enhance Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics systems and programs.
- Design and code basic-level systems, programs, and interfaces, using the appropriate structured programming techniques and programming languages.

- Create logic, system, and program flows for complex systems, including interfaces and metadata
- Write and execute unit test plans. Track and resolve any processing issues.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a CRM Solutions Architect, Patient Support Services, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud platform, including architecture design patterns, technology decisions, and alignment of services across partners and internal platforms.

- Identify and communicate business, application, and technical risks associated with application implementation.
- Working closely with project management and delivery teams to review and mitigate any architecture related issues and risks during project execution and lifecycle.
- Create/maintain architecture artifacts, C4 Model diagrams, and documentation, updating as necessary, and communicating changes clearly and professionally.
- Provide expert knowledge of technical and application architecture to the various development teams.
- Create and maintain current and target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs.
- Manage individual workload and deliver on agreed-upon milestones and date commitments.
- Communicate effectively, professionally, and routinely with project team members and the solution architecture team regarding project progress/status and any significant design changes/challenges.

- 5 years of extensive experience in architecting solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio. Excellent knowledge of building scalable integrations using Integration Procedures, building custom UX using OmniScripts & Data Raptors.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Salesforce certified Application and System Architect preferred.
- Extensive background in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce HealthCloud applications, including understanding of FHIR data integrations, data privacy and security, consent management.

As a dependency to project success, the Senior Project Manager will follow and champion the project management best practices and guideline as defined by the PMO. The Senior Project Manager will participate in, and provided input to, the ongoing efforts to improve efficiency of the PMO team and project management functions.

The Software Implementation Specialist will lead the modernization of our technology stack with a primary focus on ERP, MRP, and CRM transitions, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
